Georgia's P.O.V

"I tell you, but then I'd have to kill you," Mandy Moore's voice echoed from the television.

Jen began to sniffle under the blankets, reaching for the bowl of popcorn in her hands. "Why are you crying for? The movie doesn't get all sappy just yet," Sofia commented, kicking her legs up on the arm chair.

"Sofia, please don't start," I said, trying to avoid anymore drama from happening. Jen and I were just having an all late afternoon movie marathon, just to chill and relax. Which didn't need any of her smart ass remarks to cause more trouble between the two.

"I wasn't even crying, my nose is just itchy," Jen said, mimicking Sofia's tone of voice. Sofia rolled her eyes, moving away into the kitchen. Jen sighed, going back to watching the movie.

Ding, dong!

The sound of floorboards creaking indicated that Sofia was going to get the door, for once. Jen and I continued to watch the movie, till Sofia returned, switching off the television.

"Hey what the hell we were watching that!" Jen exclaimed, letting some of the popcorn fly out of the bowl. Sofia extended a hand towards the door. "That was the agent, he said we've gotta move out of here and stay somewhere else."

"What for?" I asked. Sofia shrugged her shoulders. "Renovations of some sort. Said it should take at least take a week or so."

"I know a hotel we can stay at," Jen said, getting up from the lounge. "I'll go ring them up and see if they've got any rooms to spare."

As she walked away, Sofia sighed, sitting beside me. "She thinks she can try talk to me, y'know that? Who does she think she is?!"

"Can you at least try and be nice to her?" I pleaded. "I mean, I can't even get up and leave the two of you alone in a room without worrying if a fight will break out."

"Relax will you! I promise I won't start anything, but if she's the one initiating it, it'll be a different story..." Sofia trailed off.

Before I could ask her what she had in mind, Jen returned, putting the phone back on it's stand. "They said they've got free rooms for all of us, and said they wouldn't mind if we stay for a while."

"Let's go pack our things, shall we?"

40 minutes later.....

"Almost and hour's drive, and we come to this!?" Sofia exclaimed. Towering over us was a nice, decent hotel. Something I could cope with. But coming from Sofia, who always got the best and needed the best, wasn't so pleased.

"I'm sure it's really nice and furnished on the inside," I said, glancing up at the sign which read, 'The Springs'. Sofia grumbled, storming her way inside the lobby.

"Fucking drama queen..." Jen muttered, following behind her. Upon entering, as I predicted it would be as good as a five star hotel, which made me happy.

Our rooms were next to each other, side by side. And coincidentally enough, mine was in the middle of the three. While unpacking my luggage bag, Jen hurried into the room. "Hey George do you have a few coins to spare? I'm short by five bucks and I've gotta pay for our rooms."

"Sure, take what you need," I said, chucking my purse at her. "Thanks babes!" she said, hurrying back outside.

"Oh my god! Ew gross! Where the fuck is my hand sanitiser when I need it!" Sofia shrieked from next door. "Ugh I'm going to kill Jennifer for choosing this hotel!"
