A/N- Merry Christmas to all. Here is another chapter for you all. Thanks for reading, reviewing, and voting on my story. It means a lot to mean. I am glad that you all are liking it so far.

About a month later, Severus and Lily were in their new house cooking. Remus was sitting at the Island which Lily had wanted in their house. There had not been an Order meeting since a month ago and things were quiet. Lily smirked at Severus as he spoke. "I think if they were going to do something they would have done it by now."

Severus gave Lily a smile, then turned to look at Remus. He wanted to be sure that he was right. Remus paled a little. He knew in his heart that this was not the end of things. Black and Potter were planning something, what it was though, Remus had no idea. Remus lifted his mug of tea up to his mouth to take a drink. "While I agree with you Severus, I think the better answer would be: they are lying in wait coming up with some plan" said Remus.

Severus gave him a small nod. Remus knew them far better than he did having spent seven years with the boys so who was he to argue with Remus. Lily reached up to peck Severus on the cheek before going to get plates. "Remus is right. We just need to keep a look out for stuff that may be going down" Lily stated as she put plates on the Island.

Severus walked over as Lily took a seat. He sat the food down as well, so everyone could sever themselves. As they ate their food, Severus got lost deep in thought. There were several things that was going through his mind and right now he could not make sense of any one of them. "Are you both sure? This is Black and Potter we are talking about. The only reason they really planned anything was because of Remus" Severus stated with a frown on his face.

Remus finished up the bit in his mouth. It was plain to see that Severus wanted to voice everything that was on his mind and Remus was going to let him. "You may have a point there, Severus. Care to tell us what you are thinking?" asked Remus with a big smile on his face.

Severus continued to frown. "I am not really sure yet. I need time to think" said Severus going back to eating.

When they were finished, Remus cleaned up since the two them cooked. "Remus I told you time and time again that you did not have to do that" said Lily taking a plate from him.

Remus gave her a small smile. "I know, Lily, but I am doing my part" Remus said taking the plate back.

He went over to the sink to wash the dishes while Severus  and Lily went to bed. "Goodnight Remus" Called out Severus.

James came into the small living room. He smirked as he saw Peter on the couch. "Hey Peter, I did not hear you come in" said James coming up behind him.

Peter jumped up real quick and started to stutter. "I I am so sor sorry, James. I jus just got in and thought I would sto sto stop by."

Sirius snickered as he walked into the room. Peter sure was jumpy and he sure did stutter when he was nervous. "It is almost like you know what we want with you Peter" said Sirius coming into view of Peter.

Peter shook his head no, but it was far from the truth. He had an idea what Black and Potter wanted with him. In his mind he knew they were going to use him again, which was normal. 'This time would be' different he thought. "I have no idea, Padfoot." Sirius took a swing at him. "Sorry I slipped Sirius. It won't happen again" said Peter sitting back on the couch.

Padfoot was dead to him. Sirius let go of him once it was over between Lupin and him. James gave Sirius a look. It plainly said cool it, we need him on our side. "Peter we need you to do us a big favor ok" James started. Peter nodded a little unsure of himself. "Sirius here needs to keep an eye on Remus, but it will be hard for him to do so. He wants you to do it. Also you would join the Order and become a spy for the cause. Can you do that?" James asked.

Peter shook his head no at first then looked to James. "Why me? Isn't there someone better?" asked Peter in a squeaky voice.

The two men shared a look. Sure that was the truth, but they needed Peter in there. He was the only one that Remus would trust at all. "You have to do it Peter" said Sirius. "There is no one else."

Peter gave Sirius and James a cold look. He did not like this at all, but he would do the job. At least it would get him away from them for awhile. "Ok fine, Sirius I will do it, but only because I am the only one who can do it" Peter said shaking like a leaf.

James nodded at Sirius who in turned grinned. "Excellent, Peter. You meet with Dumbledore on Monday at 8 a.m to talk over the finer details of you joining the Order" James said clapping him on the back.
