It's been a month since I've started going to AA meetings an I gotta say, It's working out pretty well for me. It's also been a month since I started sneaking around with Alyssa.

I've come to the conclusion that I don't have feelings for her although, I'm pretty sure she likes me. I'm feeling really guilty about it at this point. I text Alyssa.

Joey: Hey, can we talk?

Alyssa: "Talk?'" Is that what we're calling it now?

Joey: No, I'm serious.

Alyssa: Okay... I'll come over

Joey: No.

Joey: I can't do this with you anymore. Imagine if Sawyer found out!

Alyssa: Don't worry, he won't!

Joey: I can't take that chance anymore.... Alyssa we can't talk anymore.

Alyssa: No Joey! I'm coming over......

Joey: Don't! We can't communicate anymore.

Alyssa: Can we at least be friends?

Joey: I don't know

Alyssa: What do mean by that?

Joey: Later....I'll see you at Sawyer's birthday party. Just as aquaintances.

Alyssa: Your kidding me..... right?!

I didn't text her back after that. There was no need to. Sawyer has been there for me through a lot in my life and now I'm getting better thanks to him. After he found out, he was so supportive. And Alyssa, she's a great girl, but I don't have feelings for her.

My friendship with Sawyer is more important than a frienship than with Alyssa, and it always will be.
