Chapter 10: Skiren, Secrets, and Starbucks

Skilar's POV

I woke up with a startle. I looked out the window to see the sun was beginning to shine, it must've been early. I looked over at the clock, it said 4:00 am. I took off the covers of my bed and began to get out, I looked down at myself, I was still in my dress I wore at the dance. Last night was a blur- wait, never mind, I remember absolutely everything. I especially remember how Lauren helped me when no one else was around, how she was so caring towards me.

I climbed out of my bed, got my laptop off of my desk and then got back into my bed. I opened up the laptop and logged in. I put earbuds in and logged onto YouTube. Like always, I typed in 'cimorelli' and began to listen to my 'cimorelli' playlist. I then opened a new page and went onto twitter. I typed my username, 'skilarjohnson' and password then logged in. I only made a twitter because Lauren told me I should, I don't even really use it much. Somehow, I have 300 followers but I only follow the Cimorelli family, my brother, about 20 friends from school, and 35 celebrities. Lauren tweeted a selfie of us two and she tagged me, I guess that's why I have so many followers. I looked at who recently followed me, it was about 10 Cimorelli fans. I clicked on the first fans to follow me, her name said 'Skiren <3' and I was curious at what that was. Her latest tweet said 'I ship Skiren so hard I don't care what anyone else says'. I saw that her last tweet was only tweeted out about thirty seconds ago and tweeted her.

I waited a few seconds, I just listened to Lauren's angelic voice singing in the girls' 'One Thing' cover. Lauren in 'One Thing' makes me go ASDFGHJKL, like my heart just beats really fast. I watched what this fan tweeted.

I just lightly laughed and faved all of those tweets. Eventually I just followed her instead, it's easier.

I smiled brightly to myself, if only anyone knew I actually ship myself with Lauren.

I kept laughing to myself. It was pretty funny, the way she fangirled over me. I guess the only people who really fangirl over me are my grandparents when I tell them I made some soccer thing, my parents used to be my biggest fans... nah, I'm not going to think about them now.

I then went to her twitter profile, she had like a thousand followers. I clicked on the thing that said 'following' and scrolled through her followings list. Almost every single account was a Cimorelli fan account, I didn't know there were so many Cimorelli fans. I clicked on one of the accounts that was named 'cimfampride' and scrolled through her tweets. One of the tweets really popped out at me, there was a link.

I, my always curious self, clicked on the link and was suddenly on some website, plus I didn't really know what fanfiction was. A story popped up on a website called 'Wattpad'. The story said 'A Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez Fanfic'. I began to read it, it said there were about 15,000 reads and about 1,000 votes.
