I was called downstairs into the living room for a family meeting along with Quinten. When we got there, I see a hot stranger sitting with our parents with no shirt on. As I sat across from him I notice he has two tattoos. One wolf paw yin/yang symbol on his right arm and a circle one with patterns on his chest where his heart would be. "Grace this is Alpha Adrian of the Alpha of the Luna Eclipse Pack, you went onto their land yesterday" Dad tells me.

"I told you to never go into that wretched forest" Quinten tells me sternly I bow my head.
"I'm sorry Quinten, I just wanted to do it once before we left this weekend after my birthday" I tell him quietly. He sighs while wrapping an arm around my shoulder letting me know he wasn't mad. A growl came from across the room where the alpha is sitting. I look up to see him glaring at Quinten for some reason.
"Alpha Adrian I am sorry for trespassing on your land" I tell him. "But I promise it won't happen again as my family and I are leaving" I reassure him. "Please stop glaring at Quinten" I add.
"I don't want you to leave" Adrian states looking into my eyes with longing and something else in them. "Mr Logan sir may I speak to your daughter alone for a moment?" he asks my father. Who nods his head and takes the two into the kitchen with him shutting the door behind them. I felt warmth rush through me and knew mum had done a spell so that they couldn't hear my conversation with Adrian.
(Kitchen) no one's POV
"There is strong magic around that alpha's mind" Sarah states.
"Why would someone place a spell on him? And what is it?" Logan asks her. But she just shrugs while Quinten glares at the wall.
(Living room) Grace's POV
"We can talk freely now, my mum placed a spell on the room so they can't hear our conversation. Even Quinten with his advance hearing" I tell Adrian. "Why did you follow me? And how did you find me? My mum has flowers that hide me and my brother's scent from everyone" I ask/explain to him.
"I am your mate and I followed your scent after mesmerizing a map of the mine field. I wish you to come back with me to my pack so that you can be my Luna. Also that we can get to know each other before the next breeding season in a months time" Adrian explains.
"I don't know, my family is the world to me and I have never been apart from them. We were moving so that I could complete my last semester of college on compass. Then we were moving back here" I tell him. "What's breeding season?" I ask him tilting my head to the side confused.
"Every year there are two breeding seasons where she wolves who have met their mate all go into heat. All unmated male wolves are affected by it as well. This will be your first time which is always the worst. It is also when she wolves most likely to get pregnant while completing the mating process" he explains. I blush at the mention of mating as I am a virgin and don't know if I am ready for that just yet.
"I have to speak to my family about this" I tell him and he nods his head in agreement. My family reenter the room and sit in their original seats. "Adrian is apparently my mate and he wants me to go met his pack" I tell them. I notice Quinten hold back a snarl and look at him confused. "He also informed me that the werewolf breeding season occurs a month from now" I add.
"No way you are mating with my little sister mutt" Quinten says hissing at Adrian angrily.
"Quinten it is your sister's decision" Mum tells him sternly and he bows his head. He has always been a Mummy's boy and doesn't like crossing her. "We love you sweetie no matter what you decide we'll support you" she assures me with a smile.
"I don't know what I want, I want to complete the last semester on compass. But I also want to get to know Adrian if he is my mate and he can't leave his pack. I'd rather make a decision before I turn eighteen so that I am not acting on the mate bond. Because no offense Adrian I'd choose you then and stay here if we are mates" I tell him.
"I understand, but how about you come met the pack at least. It'll help you decide and your family can come too. Even the vampire" he tells me.
"I like that idea and it would help, what do you think Dad?" I ask my father who has been quiet this whole time.
"I don't want to let my little girl go, but you are growing up now and are nearly eighteen. If this is what you want, I won't stand in your way" he tells me. I run and hugged him tightly thanking him for being such a great father.
"It is nearly dinner time, Adrian can spend the night in the guest room. Then we all go to his pack tomorrow morning after breakfast" Mum announces. We all agree and I help her make dinner, which is tacos as it is taco night.
Quinten was off sulking in his room, while Dad and Adrian got to know each other. I was scared for Quinten as werewolves don't like vampires and vis-verca. In fact he used to hate me when our dad first brought me home. But he came to love me as a little sister as I love him as my big brother. At least I believe he loves me only as a little sister.
