Grace's POV
My family, Adrian and I got into my dad's car & he drove us to the pack house. Since my dad is an old Adrian's father, he knew a safer way then through the mine field. I sat in between Quinten and Adrian. "Quinton, please say something" I whine pouting at my brother.
"You know I love you Grace, but I hate all other mutts" he states and Adrian growls. "Especially when they are trying to steal you from us" he adds wrapping an arm around me.
"Get your arm off my mate you leech" Adrian growls.
"Enough! There is no fighting in this car" Mum scolds them.
"Sorry mum/Mrs Logan" Adrian and Quinton say together, but still glare at each other.
"No one can take me from you guys" I tell Quinten smiling up at him. He gives me a grateful smile.
I feel us pass into Adrian's territory and notice the same two wolves from yesterday flanking our car."They're just protecting us" Adrian assures me. As dad continues to drive up a dirt road.
Dad soon pulls up in front of the pack house and we got out of the car. Where a man my dad's age was waiting for us. "John nice to see you again and this must be the family you told me about" he says greeting us. "Why is there a vampire here?" he asks looking confused.
"Kyle this is my wife Sarah, she is a witch. Our son Quinten and yes he is a vampire, don't worry he only drinks animal blood. Lastly this is my beautiful daughter Grace, who is a werewolf" Dad explains introduces us.
"So your my son's mate, it is lovely to meet you my dear" Kyle says bowing to me. "I've had rooms prepared for you all" he adds as we enter the house. "Also Quinten you are more then welcome here, but please don't hunt on my land" he tells my brother. He nods his head not talking.
"Where's Grace sleeping?" Dad asks him.
"Her own room in the same hall as you and your wife's along with your son's" Kyle assures him.
"But dad..." Adrian pouts. I think he wanted me to sleep in his room. But no way that was happening on mine or my families watch before I make my choice.
"She has to have her space to make her decision Adrian" a woman scolds as she appears with two six year old children. "Hello dear I'm Marya, Adrian's mother" she tells me smiling. "These two are Luca and Lily his younger sibling" she adds pointing to the two children.
"Nice to meet you and thank you for giving me my own room. Away from Adrian" I tell her smiling. "I have three days to make my decision" I tell everyone. "I'll meet the pack, continue to study for college, and continue my training. I'll tell you all my decision the night before my birthday" I explain.
"Seems fair sweetheart, but remember you have to get to know Adrian as well" Mum reminds me. "As well as his family and pack" she adds.
"I know Mum and it's a lot to do in three days" I tell her.
"But your birthday is in four days" Quinten reminds me.
"The fourth day is my relaxation day where I think everything over by myself and make a decision" I state.
"I think that's best sweetheart and remember we'll always love you no matter what" Dad states hugging me.
"I'm surprise you married a supernatural Kyle and got two supernatural children" Kyle states looking at our family.
"I think the first thing we should do is explain how we became a family" Mum tells us. Dad agrees and Quinten grumbles in annoyance. Kyle leads us to his study and we all take a seat. Before dad and Mum began to explain how they meet.
"I was hunting down a lone vampire who turned children when I meet Sarah. I fell for her straight away and she said we were destined to be together. She helped me kill the lone vampire, but we found Quinten who had already been turned. Sarah did a spell so that he'd grow normally until his 20th birthday. But he was still a vampire and we taught him to drink animal blood" Dad explains.
"I left my coven and moved in with Kyle & Quinten. Kyle and I got married & raised Quinten as our own as I could not have children of my own. It was a tradition in my coven to undergo a procedure so that we can't have children. If we don't find our destined partner at a certain age. I regret undergoing it, but I still got the family I always wanted" Mum explains smiling at us.
"A few years after our marriage I was out hunting in the forest when I found Grace. She'd been abandoned as she was a runt. Her biological parents were apart of a rogue wolf army. They did not want runts in the army" Dad explains and Quinten wraps an arm around me. "The hunting council and wolf pack in the area banded together. We killed the rogue army and it was decide I'd raise Grace. As she was already attached to me" he adds smiling at me.
"Needless to say, Quinten was not happy when his father brought a werewolf pup home. But after sometime Grace grew on him and he loved her as a little sister. He has taught her how to fight and protects her always" Mum finishes.
"So that's why you retired John?" Kyle asks and Dad nods his head. "Very well, Adrian why don't you show Quinten and Grace around" he suggests. Adrian nods his head and leads us out of the room while our parents stay behind.
(Hidden place)
"Going well so far, but her mother could be a problem. Make sure she doesn't interfere with your spell" the master tells his head witch. She bows her head and teleports away.
