background: they've been together for a while and that's all you need to know :) by the way, I've had this one written for about a month but I never published it for some reason. it's really bad, I apologize for that.
also, this is in Jesy's POV.
I woke up in the morning almost at the same time as Perrie.
"Good morning, baby," She kissed my forehead.
"Morning," I turned my head toward her and puckered my lips to which she kissed quickly.
"I want to have a date with you tonight." She told me.
I nodded, "Where?"
"Well, that's the thing. Since we can't go on fancy dates in public, I thought I'd bring the fancy date here. Dress up."
I giggled and nodded, "Awesome."
"And just a reminder that you are the most beautiful girl I have ever laid eyes on." She kissed my forehead.
"Back at ya." I winked, a smile wiped across my face.
--
I finished doing everything then got out the shower. I dried off and threw on one of Perrie's t-shirts and a pair of shorts. I walked out, being greeted by Perrie.
"I'm going to go shower. I want you to stay in our room until I come get you, okay?" Perrie told me.
I nodded.
She smiled and walked to the bathroom. I walked upstairs to our room and started getting ready. I wore a tight, black dress, stopping mid thigh. I straightened my hair and put on bold liner with red lipstick. I threw on red pumps as well, and sat on the bed, waiting for Perrie.
--
"Baby, come see." Perrie called, opening the door.
I stood up and she clamped a hand over her mouth while I did the same. She had on a loose black dress, her hair straightened and flowing over her shoulders.
"You look so beautiful," She smiled, walking up to me, "And good thing we both wore heels." She laughed lightly and wrapped her arms loosely around my neck.
"You look absolutely stunning." I said, still in awe of how beautiful she is.
"Not as much as you," She connected our lips for a few seconds, before parting away, both of us smiling.
"Shall we?" She smiled, taking my hands in hers.
"We shall." I grinned. She led me downstairs and in our kitchen was a beautiful candlelit dinner. There was a small round table with candles and plates, tinted lighting, and Amy Winehouse playing quietly from a small speaker.
"Perrie," I gasped, "This is so gorgeous. Thank you," I pressed kiss to her cheek as she walked me over to the table, pulling out a chair for me. I sat down and pushed it in while she took the chair on the other side.
She grabbed my hands, "I'm sorry this isn't at a fancy restaurant, but—"
"It's better. I wouldn't have it any other way." I picked up one of her hands and kissed the top of it, leaving a bold lipstick print on the top.
"What makes it better?" She smiled wide.
"It's just me and you, we don't have to worry about bills, or getting seen, or other people. And I can seduce you at any time I want." I winked, laughing a bit.
"Half way there, Jessica." She winked back, chuckling after, "Well, let's eat." She said, slowly letting go of my hands.
We started eating, talking every now and then.
"This is really good, babe" I told her, complimenting what she cooked.
"Thank you," She blushed a bit.
We sat and talked for what felt like forever, just the two of us, laughing and flirting with each other. We had finished eating about half an hour ago, putting our plates on the island to wash later. We had a grip on each other's hands once again, like it was something natural that we did.
"Jesy, I have to say it again, you are so freaking beautiful." She told me, "Always."
"That's you, baba. You're the most perfect thing to exist."
She sighed with a smile, looking down, "Jessica, you are the most amazing thing to ever happen to me," She looked up, meeting her eyes with mine, "You light up my life and I would be nothing without you. When I'm sad, you're always there for me. I wouldn't want to be spending this night with anyone else except you. You complete me. As cringe as that sounds, it's true. You're my everything, and you make me a better person. You inspire me every day to be someone different than I was yesterday, someone better. From that one night four years ago, to now being more in love than ever, I wouldn't want that to be spent with anyone else." She continued on, and I had tears building up in my eyes, one slowly falling down my right cheek. She was welling up, but she wasn't yet crying.
"Jesy, I want us to be together forever. As in love, as best friends, as band mates. Most importantly in love. You make me so happy and you mean the absolute world to me. I could go on for ages, but I think I should end it here," She let go of my hands and grabbed something from in her lap, "Jessica Louise Nelson," She took out a small box, opening it up.
I gasped at the sight of a beautiful diamond ring, nothing like I'd ever seen before. I broke into silent tears.
"Will you marry me?"
As soon as the words left her mouth I was in complete shock. My heart was beating a million times a second, tears were falling freely down my face.
I nodded slowly at first, then quicker. "Yes, yes of course I will marry you," I cried.
She quickly slipped the ring on my finger and broke into tears of her own. I pulled her to stand up and wrapped her in a tight hug, crying into her shoulder.
"Perrie," I cried, "I love you so much. I love you forever and always." I clung on tighter to her.
"Thank you, Jesy." She sniffled, "I love you even more."
"Impossible," I muttered. I pulled out the hug and cupped her face, quickly bringing our lips together, her tears falling down my hand. She put both hands on my hips and pulled me closer, keeping the kiss going for a little longer before splitting apart and resting our foreheads together.
"I love you." I told her.
"I love you more. More than you'll ever know." She smiled and brought our lips back together again.
sorry this was so horrible :/
