background: jesy is a fragment of perrie's imagination, but the rest of the plot explains itself throughout the story.

Perrie rested back on her elbows and looked at the sky of the setting sun. Everything was so beautiful, perfect even. It was anything she could ever, ever want. She never wanted to leave where she was, it was her perfect place. Her happy place.
"Hey," A brunette smiled and situated herself next to Perrie.
The teenager jumped back a bit, "Who are you?" She never remember inviting guests to her perfect place, but she supposed that anything could happen.
"I'm Jesy, and I think you're pretty." She looked up at the sky, much like Perrie was doing previously.
"Very straightforward, Jesy," Perrie chuckled, "I'm Perrie." Something about Jesy had made Perrie feel quite tingly inside. She felt a new kind of emotion inside her. It was happiness, with a mix of butterflies. It was strange to feel, but she wasn't complaining.
"I know," Jesy nodded, "You're very popular around here."
"If I'm so popular, why are you the only one that's come up to me?"
"You'll figure it out later," Jesy answered, "Everything will make sense at some point."
"Yeah," Perrie nodded skeptically, "So, why are you here?"
"Because you're lonely," Jesy replied, "Very lonely."
"How would you know?" Perrie furrowed her eyebrows, "We just met."
"Don't take offense to it, it's just you. It's all you."
Perrie shook her head, "You make no sense. Can't you just answer the question? Why are you here, Jesy?"
"I'm supposed to be here. Like I said, that will make sense later. Now, while I'm here, can't we just talk? You know, like normal people," Jesy watched as faint stars started to show themselves in the sky.
"What do you want to talk about?" Perrie asked, sighing when she realized Jesy wasn't going to leave. At first she seemed sweet, but now she found herself getting a bit too confused. However, she still somehow knew that she really did like Jesy, even if they got off on the wrong foot.
"I think you have pretty eyes, Perrie. I like the shape," Jesy turned and smiled at the blonde.
"We're talking about my eyes?" Perrie chuckled, still confused as to how this whole situation came about.
"Sure," Jesy nodded, "Or we can talk about your hair," She twisted a strand around her finger, "Or your nose, or your smile. All very pretty things."
Perrie found herself smiling at Jesy as her cheeks heated up, "Thank you. You seem very confident. I could never walk up to someone and just compliment them, I'm too shy."
"Maybe in the real world you're like that. Here, you can do whatever you want, basically. You'll figure it out."
"You're confusing me again, Jesy."
"For example, if I wanted to kiss you right now, I could." Jesy glanced down at Perrie's lips, then back up to her eyes.
"Do you?" Perrie asked.
"Perhaps I do," Jesy smiled and leaned in, connecting her lips with Perrie's. Fireworks lit the sky, and, once again, everything felt perfect.
- 4 Years Later -
That was what started it all. By now, Perrie and Jesy had spent a lot of time together, and were basically always together. They were connected, really. Not just metaphorically, but quite literally as well. Jesy is what kept Perrie happy when Perrie couldn't feel it in the real world.
