Walking in the season

I'm not alone
I'm walking with you
When I here the bell ring
And the song sing
They sing of you.

I am touched by you
On a daily swing
I'm in love with you
Your voice gives me hope.

I'm glad I found you
When I was a fool
When my life needed a loose
And a nice big fix

I was caught in the bush
A sinner my life made me be
Imperfect and stained
That I was.

Your words captured my heart
I reminisce back through the years
I am warmed by the pleasant memories
The never ending love and touch

You cared for me as a mother doth her child.
Now you have made me smile more than I could fathom.
May my love for thee never dwindle
My father and my friend.

To His Friends He Says.
I was a leaf lost at sea
My life was that of the decomposed
For surely I would have sink.

You found and then you pulled me
I protested that thou shouldest let me be
But thy eyes burned with love
And you felt wounded by my words.

You took me into thy heart like the boat and the driver.
I was the man and thou the boat
You strengthened my weary bones in thy love
Whilst I filtered through the sky
You cushioned my fall.

For you were love, my days was a smile
You had me in high spirits
You burned me in love
I was a hill and thou water
You cursed through me and I withered.

I was a stone cut to be alone
You found me and never let me go
You spoke kind words to me, to show that I was loved
Therefore I nursed through the stone and became an eagle
I flew through the sky and basked in warmth
Yet there you laid withering from the heat.

I love thee, my flower and beauty
Thy fragrance do propel me
An if they be gone I shall be like another man

Hang on me, I shall hide thee from the sun
For when I was lost
Then God passed through you
You where the channel and I the destination

Now may I repay the favour
A merry Christmas in advance.
