I was leaning on the lockers listening to Tyree and Aaliyah argue about some shit I didn't really care to listen. I turned my head and saw Kerra closing her locker and walking to the back of school I'm guessing to read cause that's pretty much all she do during lunch time I looked at Tyree them and walked away.

"Aye where you going ?" Tyree yelled after me but I waved him off and walked to where Kerra was she was sitting on a bench writing something so I walked up to her and sat down and she looked at me from the corner of her eye.

"Sup. " She looked at me and looked back to her paper.

"Hey. " She spoke softly. I felt her vibe that she ain't want me there but I wasn't about to leave.

"At the banquet I saw you with your parents." She looked at me from the corner of her eye and stopped writing and but stayed looking down "I heard what they said to. "

"So-"

"Why you let them talk to you like that ?"

"Talk to me like what ?"

"Like they control you or something Ma." She just looked down and took a deep breath

"Look Travis I really don't wan-"

"Now I know why you with him " She looked at me confused. "Cause yo' parents."

"Why do you care so much ? Why do you wanna know why I'm really with him ? I mean does it matter ?" She snapped at me.

"Like I told you before Kerra I like you and I want you but I can't get to you cause you act like you stuck up Chris ass when you only with him cause yo parents are forcing yo-"

"That's not true." She looked at me and shook her head "Stay out of my buisness." She grabbed her stuff and walked away

I just took a deep breath and Tyree and My nigga Derek walked up to me."Damn what happened ?" Derek asked me while chuckling. I just shook my head irritated and annoyed with her and myself I just got up and walked to my car with them following me.

"Why y'all following me ?" I reached for my car door and opened it.

"Cause if you leaving , I'm leaving. " Derek said while getting in the passenger seat.

"Yeah and Aaliyah pissed me off so I don't feel like dealing with her for the rest of the day. " Tyree said getting in the back seat.

I just drove to the trap and we started smoking and getting high. "So you like Kerra but she got a boyfriend but she only with him cause her parents." Derek stupid ass said.

"Yeah Man. "

"So how about you make her open her open her eyes to reality make her notice why she with Chris make her see what her parents doing? " I looked at Derek cause that's his first time ever saying something that made sense.

"Damn Derek that's the first time you made sense. " Tyree must have thinking the same thing too "But yeah do that Travis cause she ain't listening to you when you being straight up so just trying a different approach. " I took a hit and nodded my head
