~Months Later~

Our Track team got 2nd in state this year and that's better than last year, Everything is going great Prom is this Saturday and I'm so excited and then It's Graduation then College I can't wait. I haven't talked to Travis since that day he barely even comes to school anymore and when I do see him he's always quiet or he's with different females.

I miss him I ain't gon lie but he broke up with me to help me and Tyree told me he ain't wanna do it but he knew it was for the best. "Omg Prom is in 3 days. " Aaliyah came up to me jumping up and down.

"I know I can't wait." We already went dress shopping and it was so much fun.

"Y'all already got y'all dresses ?" Jaycee came up to us matching our excitement.

"Yesss ! I'm so excited for Prom." I laughed at both of them as they started jumping and down. I ain't have a date so Aaliyah and Jaycee decided that we can all go together since Tyree ain't wanna go anyway.

"You guys should all come to my house so we can get ready together." I suggested and they both nodded.

"We down to do that and we should all spend the day getting ready anyway." Jaycee suggested.

"I'm down for that." I smiled.

"Y'all still talking about Prom ?" Tyree came up to us and put his arm around Aaliyah shoulder.

"Are you still not going? " She raised her eyebrow at him.

"Nope."

"Then yes. " Aaliyah wasn't mad that he wasn't but he said he gon' make it up to her. He said he ain't wanna go cause that's really his scene.

"Wassup Kerra ?" We did a handshake that we randomly made up one day.

"Hey Tyree."

"They ain't the only ones right here." Jaycee mugged him they always getting into a argument but then always end up playing around like they brother and sister.

"My bad Wassup Lil Bit." That's his nickname for her cause she's so short.

"Mhmm." She rolled her eyes at him then Terrence came up to her and put his arm around her.

"Damn Jaycee when we gon' get together ?" She pushed him off her and walked away with him following.

"I'll see you later Kerra." Aaliyah said while her and Tyree walked off now it was just me in the hallway alone. I grabbed my stuff and walked to class

"Wassup ?" Chris said to me as I sat down.

"Hey, how's Ayden ?" Ayden was his son by Brittani.

"He's good still bad though, you ready for Prom ?" I nodded smiling. "Whose your date ?"

"Aaliyah and Jaycee. " I chuckled and nodded. "Whose yours ?"

"Darell." I laughed and looked at him. "He asked me and it was last minute so I said yes. " Him and Darell always had that playful relationship.

"Wow Chris ?" He laughed

"I know right he's my soul mate." Just then Darell walked in.

"Who is ? And it better not be no random nigga either. " Darrel got in his face crossing his arms making me laugh.

"I-Its you baby. "

"It better be." I was dying laughing . They are a mess together I swear.

"Y'all are crazy." They both laughed and took their seats when they teacher came in.
