AUTHOR'S POV

The private jet landed in the open space and Jennifer stepped out, skimpily dressed. She had on tiny butt shorts and a small crop top. She wore boots and a thick black open front coat. A masked man approaced her and took her bag from her. She was only allowed to bring one handbag. He gave her the two huge bags of cash and an ear piece. "Hand over the bags to Jaebum, and give the earpiece to the girl." He ordered and she nodded. The jet flew away with the masked man.
As soon as the jet was out of sight a car pulled up a few feet ahead of her. She flipped out her phone and double checked the photo of Jaebum. A tall semi muscular figure stepped out of the black SUV. He walked up to her and yanked her chin to face him, almost as if he was inspecting her. He circled her and stopped to squeeze her ass. "Nice." He mumbled to himself. "So... Park Jaebum. What do I do now?" She asked. He ignored her question and brought his face close to her boob. He inspected the name tag which read: I'm Jennifer Lunez and I belong to Jaebum Park. He smiled at it and groped her breast in his hand. "Ok. Hand over the bags." He commanded and she passed him the cash. He checked if it was real and smiled to himself. He walked to the car with the money and pulled out a whimpering, weak, limp figure out of the car. "You may go." He whispered to her and signalled for Jennifer to go to him. When she passed Monique. She patted her shoulder. "Sorry Kid. Put this in." She said and handed Monique the ear piece and hugged her. Monique put it in quickly and walked away. "Calm down. You're safe. Don't say a word just walk. Go Straight to the first Intersection, turn left and at that intersection stop. Don't move." She followed instructions, hissing as pain engulfed her form. She reached the spot and a black car stopped at her foot.

KAI'S POV

We drove the car up and saw her standing alone and looking scared. My heart skipped a beat. We really have her back. I opened the door on my side and pulled her in. She started to scream and I hugged her. "Babe its me. I missed you so much." I said, crying. "K-kai?" She asked and I nodded. She cried into my chest. An hour drive back to Ilsan and she cried the whole way, gripping onto my shirt. "We're at your house babe." I said and she sighed. "C-can you s-stay with me t-tonight? I'm s-scared." She whispered at the brim of tears again. I nodded and accompanied her to her house, signalling Kyungsoo, his mom and the officer that we'd be good. Officer nodded and drive away. I knocked at the door and her mom opened it within a minute. "Baby! I'm so sorry. I'm so very sorry dear." She chanted as she hugged Monique and cried. So many tears. She invited me in and we sat on the couch. "I want to have a shower." Monique said weakly and she went to go bathe. I honestly hate seeing her weak like this and be unable to help her somehow. "She's gonna ask why I apologised. That's how she is." Her mom spoke and I knew from that moment that we would have a long night. About ten minutes later She walked downstairs and sat between her mom and I, staring at her mom. "It's not your fault mom. You didn't need to say sorry." She said, looking into her mom's eyes, tears forming again. "Actually honey, it is my fault. Well me and your dad's fault." Her mom began. "W-wait... what? W-what do y-you mean?" She stuttered. "Your dad had some unfinished business with the man who took you away. We ran away before you were born and came here. Because years passed we thought he forgot, but he just waited till now to get his revenge. And he chose you. I'm so sorry baby." Her mom apologised, obviously ashamed of herself. "M-mom... I-.. No." She was speechless and crying. "Why did he choose me? Why did you take so long to get me?" She raised her voice at her mom, who flinched. "Baby, i Didn't know at first. But Kai and Kyungsoo found you one day and that's how we got the connection. If I had known I would have tried earlier." Her mom explained. She turned to me. "Can I stay with you tonight, please. Please." She begged me. I can't say no so we ended up leaving for my place. "Monique Wait!!! Please baby." Her mom called. "STOP!!! I'M NOT YOUR BABY! YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. YOU DON'T KNOW HALF THE SHIT THEY DID TO ME... AND FOR A WHOLE MONTH MOM?!!!???" She shouted, gripping my hand. "Look. I'm not in the mood right now. I feel disgusting. I have clothes at Kai's house, I won't be back for a while... maybe NEVER. and if you see dad around. Tell him thanks for being lousy and inviting about 5 different penises inside me. Congrats on being lovely parents." She spat and pulled my hand. "One sec, I need the car key." She said and headed back inside for the key to her BMW. "I missed you so much!" She said Kissing the car. "Yah!!! That's not fair. How does the car get a kiss before me?" I pout and she smiled. Gosh, that smile. "Thank you." She whispered and tip toed to kiss me. Best night of my life in a while. I didn't know I loved her until she went missing. I honestly thought she was just a sex buddy, but she means more to me than I thought. If I lose her again, it's on. And Chanyeol? He better watch his back.
