CHANYEOL'S POV

I got up and grabbed the small daggers dad said might be necessary and inserted them into the slots on my uniform. I hopped down the stairs and saw him roaming the kitchen. "Dad, it's 5am, what are you doing up?" I said to the man still in his pajamas and messy hair. He smiled over at me and gave me a cup of coffee and a sandwich. "I made you this to eat while you're in the car." He said. I looked at him slightly confused over him mentioning a car. "Oh, Bona is picking me up?" I asked. He shook his head and stuffed a car key into my already packed hands. "You're driving. You know your way." He shrugged. "The black Honda Civic." He said and pointed over to the door. I nodded slightly curtly bowing and said my goodbyes. Hopping into the vehicle I huffed a breath and laced my fingers around the steering wheel and the other hand on the coffee. I took a sip and revved up the engine, allowing my nerves to slowly creep up when I realised this was an actual mission and not just learning how to fight. I drove out, nibbling on my food while having my thoughts bounce all over my life, all while avoiding the real reason I'm doing this. In about 30 minutes, I parked the Civic underground and hopped out of the car. I headed up the stairs and round the left wing of the main building. A suited petite figure whose hair fell just atop her bottom stood facing the other way. I walked over to her and she whipped around so fast I almost pissed myself. "Nice start. You're just about 30 minutes early." She nodded in my direction. I quickly regained my composure and greeted her formally, bowing 90 degrees. Her brows cocked. "Ooookay there. Chill out Park. You don't need to respect me like that. It's a bit creepy." I grinned at that and she fanned me off, checking her watch... or what I thought was a watch. The screened showed two figures as dots moving toward the building. "Time to prove yourself son. Hold this, let's go." She said, dropping a tranquilizing powder scented rag to me. (It was labelled TPS. I had to learn the codes.) I followed silently behind her. She skillfully scaled a wall and entered a back door to the vault. After failing twice I managed to get over. She checked the watch again. It was 2 minutes to 6 and the guys were outside waiting. We stood at the corners near the door to the vault and waited.

The RF code is top notch information. It's the soul of JYP. If that code gets out, we lose all buisness and we get in trouble with the state. We can't afford for that to happen so do your best.

Dad's words repeated in my head as I stood there for the longest two minutes of my life. The main entrance to the vault opened, they had the code for the first door. They entered so silently I got scared. These are some bomb ass professionals. We couldn't even hear their breathing. From where we stood we watched them walk head on. Looking in vital areas for weapons, I realised that they only had a few guns on them, nothing extra. Upon Bona's command, we silently abandoned our hiding place and used the TPS rags to hold onto the two men. They were strong, the one I was holding managed to struggle out of my grip but his partner was 90% out in Bona's arms. I panicked. Reaching for his waist he charged at me.

Don't fight back if they attack you first. It's a good tactic. Find a hiding place to backlash, pretend to run. But only if it's not that serious.

I ran. I ran into a dark corner and waited for his figure to pass. I lounged at him, trapping him under the weight of my body and continuing my tranquilizing attack. His breathing slowed as though he was about to die. That as my cue, I got up and met Bona at the front with the two men. "So... uh, what now?" I queried, breathing hard from the wrestle. I looked at her amazed. Not even her hair got messed. "Take them in for questioning." She shrugged and took them into a room on the basement floor. I followed suit. She sighed something about "standard procedure" and I nodded, pretending to be listening. She opened up a door and pulled out a bottle of water and a cup. She poured water to fill the cup and poured it into the men's throats. Now I'm not sure if that was water. Coughing and spluttering could be heard soon after and the men looked around frantically as if they saw a ghost. "Chill boys... I'll just ask a few questions that's all." She assured before smirking.

A firm kick was delivered on his right jaw and blood flew out of his mouth for the millionth time since morning, the sound from the connection echoing through the place. "Who sent you?" Bona asked, unaffected by the helpless man. "I already told you. Our boss is unknown we just get messages and we head off." The man let out, barely above a whisper. She nodded, looking as if she was getting bored of the men. "I'll hold off on your boss. But that guy you said snitched... he'll pay. Drink this." She said and handed both men small bottles of water before sweetly ushering them out of the room.
"Wha-" I began. "That's not water. They'll forget this encounter in about 20 minutes." She clarified my unasked question. I nodded and we moved into the main building, checking to see that it was almost 9am. I yawned. She patted my back and gave me a thumbs up. "Good job kid." She congratulated. "Thank you Bona-ssi."  I smiled at her and headed up. Today wasn't that bad.
