4 months later
"Chanyeol. Talk to me. What's going on?" Alissa asked as she sat across from her boyfriend in her living room. "What do you mean?" He asked, paying attention to his phone. "You come back bruised all the time. You promised you would tell me and here we are. You're hurt again and you won't tell me why." She said. He sighed. "Oh, I'm just ready to deal with it now... That's all." He deadpanned. "Babe... what do you even mean by that?" She tried to understand again. He shrugged and she groaned in annoyance. "You've even been ignoring me alot lately. You've changed." She said and he looked up from his phone... finally. "Come here." He said and she sat beside him. "Ally. I still love you. I just can't tell you yet ok?" She started crying. He sighed again. "What? So you're annoyed at my tears now?"She asked and he kissed her forehead. "No. I just don't like it when you cry." He whispered, wiping her tears away. "So are you just gonna stare at my lips or what?" She asked and he smiled. A real smile. he hadn't smiled a real smile in months. She cried again. "What is it now?" He asked, wiping her face again. "You smiled." She said and he smiled bigger. Chuckled even, and leaned in close to her. "Cute." He said and kissed her. They hadn't kissed in months too, and she missed him. He pulled away and she pulled him back, savoring the moment while it lasted. He hugged her and she hugged back. "I'll tell you soon." He mumbled and she nodded. "Can you sleep over tonight? We have school tomorrow." She asked and he nodded and texted his mom, telling her that he won't be home tonight.

---Next day, after school---
"We promised to make your life hell, didn't we?" Kyungsoo smirked, walking toward Chanyeol who is leaning on his locker, waiting for Alissa. "Really, you should give it up. I can kill you all now." Chanyeol said in a bored, expressionless tone and yawned. Kai chuckled and headed straight to deliver a punch to Chanyeol's gut, but instead, with one swift movement Kai flew back to where he came from, with help from the force of the kick Chanyeol delivered to his gut. Alissa walked up to him. "Ready?" She asked and he nodded, kissing her head in the process and walking pass the baffled group of boys. While heading to the car, he heard feet running to him. He turned around just in time to grab a fist. All eight pounced upon him and he had to be quick. One kick square to the left side of the head and Suho was out, cold. He grabbed Sehun and Baekhyun and smashed both theirs heads together, pushing them aside to make way for the next five. Lay came up to him, sort of wild. Chanyeol laughed and picked up Lay, dropping him hard on his head. 4 to go, and he was having fun. Xiumin and Chen came up to him, both are black belts in Karate. They could beat him... NOT! They ran up to him, trying to kick and punch but Chanyeol blocked them all. When he got bored of blocking,  he grabbed Xiumin's leg while he was trying to kick him and swung him over to some place. A car alarm went off and he muttered an 'oops'. Kai and Kyungsoo approached him. "My favorites." He smiled at them and put his hand in his pockets. Kai and Kyungsoo lounged at him. "SUSPENSION!!!" Someone shouted and he realised it was the principal. Chanyeol pouted. "But I didn't get to finish... oh well. Bye Mr.Kim" he waved and walked away. "Chanyeol I need to see you tomorrow." Mr. Kim spoke and he waved and continued to Alissa, whose mouth was agape. "Close it, you might catch flies." He said and pushed her chin up while entering the passenger seat. "Chanyeol.... what just happened. I swear I saw you beat six boys in no time... what?" She asked confused and all he said was yup. "So all along you could fight?" She asked again. "Nope." "So how?" "I'm learning." He said and she nodded. "Is that what you were hiding from me?" She asked and he nodded. "Oh. Then it isn't that big of a deal then." She shrugged. "Oh, it is." He said and she pulled up at his house and he stepped out. "How come?" She asked. He bent down to face her at her window. "Because my dad is the one teaching me." "Wha-" she began but he shut her up with a kiss. "Bye babe." He said and walked away. "Yah Park Chanyeol!!!" She shouted but he waved her off and shut his door.

----next day----
"Chanyeol, it's serous stuff ok? Please remember the scholarship." Mr. Kim spoke. "Yeah what about it?" Chanyeol asked. "You've changed quite a bit, Park. I still want you to get the scholarship ok? So get your act together. Applications are due soon. Otherwise called 5 months from now." Mr. Kim warned. "Is that it, Namjoon? I've gotta go." Chanyeol said. Mr. Kim nodded. "And its Mr. Kim for you." He said and Chanyeol shouted back a 'sure' before shutting the door.
