Olivia's POV.

I drive home as the conversation just keeps repeating in my head. After he said he loved me, I just stood there staring at him.

"Oli, please don't stand there like that. Please say something" his voice is so low.

"Jay... It's..it's..." I stammer.

"I know. Shit I'm sorry. I shouldn't have pushed you. You just got out of a dreadful relationship with my brother and I... Shit. I'm sorry" he curses.

"Jay. It's okay. I just need some time to process. I'm sorry" I look at him.

"Come here" he says and hugs me.

"Know one thing Oli. No matter what your decision is. I'm there for you. Always. Forever" he says and pulls away to look at me.

"I know. Thank you" I smile.

"Hey tomorrow there's a party. It's Pre-Christmas party at the frat house. You coming." He asks.

"I guess I'll pass. Lot of thinking to do." I say. My brain is too tired processing everything that happened today. I have no strength to go to the party.

"Okay" he seemed disappointed.

He turns to walk away "Jay. You coming home for Christmas right" I ask.

"Yup" he smiles.

"Thank you" I say and place a kiss on his lips. Oh shit. I look at him as I realize what I did. His eyes are wide open. Damn you Oli. So much for the time you asked to think about his love confessions. I had to jump and kiss him.

"Ahh. I gotta go" I stutters and drive away.

"Ahh. Snap out of it Oli." I say to myself. I want to talk to someone. I call Amy and tell her that I'm crashing at Beth's place today. I call Beth and ask if I can come over. She agrees.

I drive to Beth's house. Her mom opes the door." Hey Oli. You have indeed grown into a beautiful girl. Look at you. Come here" she embraces me in her sweet little hug.

"Thank you Maggie" I smile.

"Hey there Oli. It's nice to see you finally" Beth's dad says as I walk in.

"Nice to see you too Ron" I smile. I missed them. I practically grew with them by my side. I was very close to them. 

"Oli" Beth comes running and hugs me.

"Come let's go to my room. I have lots to catch up." She grabs me and pulls me to her room.

"Okay so tell me. Where did you disappear from the party day before yesterday. We were freaking out. Don't you dare leave like that next time. If it wasn't for Jay calling us and convincing me that you're safe. I would have wrecked the party." She glares at me.

"I'm sorry" I pout.

"Okay, now so do you mind explaining what happened" she waits for me to explode with my explanation.

"Okay I don't remember what happened at the party. But next thing is." I tell her everything, Cam coming over to my place. Jay fighting Cam. His confession.

"How the hell did I not know about your scars." She shouts.

I show her my scars. She gasps at the sight. " Oli I'm sorry. I did not know your situation was this worse. I'm sorry I was not there for you. I'm gonna kick Cam's ass for sure. Asshole, man whore, jerk." She snaps.

"I'm happy that I have you now" I hug her.

"And what about Jay. What did you tell." She asks.

"I donno Beth. I told him I need some time to think. I'm confused. I don't know what I feel. Around Jay it's like, what do I say. I feel safe. I feel like a different person around him. I honestly don't know what to do" I look at her. Her mouth is wide open.

"Close your mouth before you catch any flies." I laugh.

"Damn Oli. Don't you get it. You have fallen for Jay. You love him" she jumps off the bed.

"Na-ha. I'm not in love. I don't know what I am in. But totally not in love. Remember I told am not gonna fall in love. Why are you so excited" I snap.

"Say that to yourself sweetheart. You are in love" she screams.

"Shut up Beth." Damn this girl.

"You coming to the Pre-christmas party tomorrow?" She asks.

"No. I'll pass this one. Got some thinking to do." I say.

"No way. You're coming with me whether you like it or not. It's not at option. You're gonna face your problem. And that is how you're gonna clear the tiny little brainless head of yours" she smacks my head.

"Beth. I don't.." she cut me off.

"Like I said you have no option" she smirks.

"We are going shopping tomorrow and picking up outfit for the party and Christmas as well" she jumps into the bed next to me.

"Sure" I smile.

"That's my girl" she smiles.

We talk about our childhood memories, college and slowly drift off to sleep.
