"Connie! Oh my god your OK!" Someone please get me away from these two.

"What the hell do you guys want! I told you that I was done! I didn't want to see you guys anymore! And you!" I pointed to Veronica. "You Veronica! I'm tired of your shit! I'm tired of you beating me up all the fucking time just because you can't get your life together and you feel lonely! So both of you can go suck it! And leave me alone!"

Wow I felt better. I never stood up to them and told them how I felt because I was just too scared. I looked at Adam, who was still holing my arms. He looked so confused.

"Connie, listen, we need to talk to you. Preferably in private." Noah sneered as he looked at Adam ushering him to leave.

"Why? Why do you have to talk to me?" I just want them to leave.

"We need to get things straight. So please listen to us." Why is Noah doing all the talking.

"OK, but what ever you have to say he can hear it to." I made Adam let go of my arms and sat in the chair next to me. Noah and Veronica stepped closer to me.

"Connie listen, I'm sorry. For all the years I beat you up. Its because I was jealous of you and my grandmother died. I was really mad and I took it out on you. So if your still mad at me or you don't like me I'm fine. But I want us to be friends again and we can start over at school." I don't know if you guys know but we were friends.

Way before Veronica would beat me up practically everyday, we were best friends. We had the longest friendship in the world. But some complications came between us and she started bullying me.

"And I just want to say your OK. You don't have to be lonely, we're here for you. So please don't run away Connie. You can live with my family." This is all making me sad. A tear ran down my face and I looked away from the two and looked at Adam. He looked like he was going to cry to.

I don't know what to do. I mean Adam asked me first. I thought for awhile till I made up my mind.

"Guys I'm sorry but I have to refuse your offer." All of a sudden Noah and Veronica had shocked faces on.

"What?! Why?!" Noah asked.

"You cant live all by your self!" Veronica whined.

"Guys, guys,calm down. It OK. Listen Adam here is willing to take care if me so I'm going to go with him. My life is pointless here. I lost my family, I can't go to school anymore so what the point to live here anyway. I'll still call y'all and what not but I can't live here." They still looked shocked. And apparently so did Adam.

"Are you sure? Connie it's OK." Why is Noah so worried?

"Yes. Now go leave." I shooed them at the door and as soon as they left I laid my head back and shied in relieved.

"So, uh, that was awkward." Adam said.

Without opening my eyes and lifting my head I said "yeah that was. " I eventually fell asleep to the sound of the TV.
