Unnecessary Drama

(Narrator's pov)
The room fell silent at the news, (y/n) couldn't believe it, pregnant...with Natsu's child. Kito and Natsu finally fell out of their strange trance and Kito immediately started to cry.

"Oh my friggin llamaz nuuuuu!! My baby!! H-how did this happen?", Kito grabbed Natsu by the scarf and smashed his forehead against Natsu's, "If you leave my baby I'll fucking kill you!!"

Kito was in a total rage, Natsu was still surprised by the news so he didn't react much. His onyx hues were a pale black and his face was nothing but a blank expression. (Y/n) held her stomach and noticed the small magical power radiating from within, she looked up at Natsu and panicked. She quickly tossed off the sheets and ran out of the house. Kito and Zak noticed and ran after you leaving Natsu and the exceeds alone. Kuro and Happy tried to get Natsu back into reality but he was so lost in thought it seemed like no one could help him.

(Natsu's pov)
I... I'm gonna be a father. Me a dad? Memories of my childhood started flashing in my mind and I could feel tears trickle down my cheeks. I'm so happy, if only Igneel was still alive so he could meet his grandchild. I finally started to be aware of my surroundings and realized that Kuro and Happy were yelling at me.

"Wh-what happened? Wh-where's (y/n)?! Where'd everyone go?!", I started panicking, Kuro filled me in and I immediately ran out and searched for you.

How could I do this?! Why would I make you panic about this sort of situation? I ordered Happy and the other exceeds to help in the search but I was praying that I'd be the one to find you so I could clear everything up.

"(Y/n)!!! (Y/n) honey!! Please answer me!!", No matter how much I searched for her I couldn't find her, "Where are you?"

I searched everywhere but you were still no where in sight! I stopped and thought for a minute, knowing (y/n) she'd go somewhere familiar and nearby...Mira's!!! I quickly bolted to Mirajane's house and banged on the door.

Mira seemed a little flustered and there was alot of noise inside, I could smell the familiar scent of my mate inside. I glared at Mira as my eyes started turning green and scales started to form on my cheeks, the white haired woman sighed and let me in. I quickly sniffed out my mate and found her in the closet with her dragon wings wrapped around her body. I could hear the small sniffles and even heard the tears fall against the floor. I pryed her wings opened and let myself in, my arms wrapped around her body and held her close.

"It's ok I'm right here. I promise I won't leave you.", I said as I kissed her forehead multiple times until she finally let me see her eyes.

Her (e/c) hues were brimmed with tears and her (F/c) scales lightly covered her face. I wiped away the tears with my thumbs and kissed her lips softly. Her wings slowly started to disappear and I could feel her shift under me, her arms pressed against my chest as she leaned closer. We pulled away and I stared into your eyes in pure love and joy.

"I promise I'll be a great dad ok?", I grinned making you smile.

We apologized to Mira about the unnecessary drama. I carried (y/n) home on my back and listened to her as she calmly apologized about running away. I chuckled and took us home, "It's ok. I'm sure you'll be the greatest mom ever, don't worry I'll support you both."

As we finally arrived home I kissed your lips, your mating mark, and finally your stomach. You see female dragon slayers don't go through normal pregnancy. Females only hold the baby food seven months in the womb and than it doesn't physically show. So (y/c) could be pregnant and if I wasn't her mate we'd probably never know until it happened.

I put (y/n) to sleep and contacted everyone else about the news of finding her. I watched over her as I waited for everyone to get home, as I was slowly drifting to sleep until a small crackling sound woke me up. A small blue flame hovered over (y/n)'s stomach and I smiled.

"I see you little fella. We're right here, we'll be waiting patiently for you to come home. Don't be such a troublemaker for mommy ok.", I chuckled as I rubbed (y/n)'s stomach.

It's ok (y/n) I'll protect you both and keep you safe. I love you.
