Amin POV

There she was... sitting on her bed. I walked towards her bed and sat down beside her. I didnt know what to say, so i took a deep breath and hold her hands. She didnt move away and i felt relieved about it.

"Jassmin." i called her.

Our eyes met and to be honest she looked stunning. I couldnt recognize her at first even though i have seen her so many times. She had tears in her eyes.

"Jassmin, listen i know this is too much to take in but i promise you that i will take care of you always, for the rest of my life. " i told her and she give me a faint smile.

"Jassmin, you're looking beautiful" i said not only because it was my duty to do it. I really meant it. She blushed a bit though.

I put my hands under her chin and slowly pulled it up and i felt her tense under my touch. I wiped her tears and she looks at me into my eyes again.

"I am sorry Amin, but i need time to adjust to this married life. It was always my dream to love someone and get married, but it's okay because we can love after getting married too." She said.

I liked the way she handle the situation but i love her.

"Anyways, You look nice." she said. I think i blushed a bit too.

"Thank you and Jazakallah." I replied. I took a moment to just stare at her again. It was as if Allah SWT had rewarded me with the most beautiful woman sitting beside me. "You used to talk to me a lot when we were young." Hearing this she smiled.

"So , tell me what do you think about me? Since we know each other from young." I asked her what was her thoughts about me.

"Well, you are a lot more confident now and handsome compared to how you were like when you were young." she told me.

Just then my phone vibrate and it was her cousin Ashif.

"Uncle told me to get you because the men are leaving to eat dinner. I will be coming soon."

"Okay bye." i didnt want this to end faster, i wanted to talk to her.

"Who was it?" Jassmin asked. I smiled and came closer to her and say

"It was Ashif, he said that the men are leaving to eat dinner so he will be coming to get me."

"Okay." she said.

Then i saw Ashif and fatimah outside our door. the moment Fatimah saw me she rushed in and closed the door behind her.

"Jassmin!" I heard Fatimah screaming.

I then walked towards the living room with Ashif and met friends and relatives. Once we were done eating, we headed to the masjid to pray magrib. Then it was time to go back to Jassmin's house. All the other guests had left , leaving the family members only.

We entered the house and were told to wait fro jassmin to come down.
Time went slowly and she finally came down with a group of girls including her cousin fatimah and my sister Aisha.

Everyone began demanding to take pictures together. I strongly refused but everyone was opposing me . And Jassmin gave me a look that told me to just give in. So i listen to her and gave in. Jassmin stood beside me and everyone took their phones out. That's when Ashif said.

"Why not i take the picture in my phone and send it to you all via whatsapp?" he said. Thank God, i thought it was going to take a lot of time.

My mum asked Jassmin , "Dear are you happy with this?".

"Ma, i am happy with it. Dont worry." she told my mum.

"Good! Time to take her home?"

With that my mum spoke to Jassmin's mum and then spread the message.

We were standing outside her home.

"Take good care of her Amin. " Uncle told me.

"Of course Uncle, i will and i promise you this." I replied. A little while later, Jassmin came out dressed in her black abaya and hijab. Aisha bought her suitcase.

I took the suitcase and put it in the car and saw her hugging everyone. I opened the car door for her. Her dad kissed her head before she got in. I got in after her and saw her blinking back the tears.

The journey was a short one even though i took a longer route. Jassmin remained quite the whole way. I parked the car in front of my house, got out of the car and rushed to the other side to open the door for jassmin but i saw that she was already out. I locked the door and slipped my fingers through hers and gripped her hand as i lead her to my house. Her hand was soft and small compared to mine. Aisha opened the door for us.

"Assalamakalium and Welcome!" She beamed.

"Welcome to my house Jassmin not as my friend but as my sister-in-law." she grinned.

Aisha took Jassmin's handbag and held her other hand, dragging her inside. She took us to the living room and ordered us to sit down. She sat next to Jassmin and start telling her about all the stuff she needs to know.

"So Jassmin, I dont need to show you the house, since you have been here so many times. Amin will show you his room... maybe more like your room." she said.

"Ya Aisha, sure and in sha allah." jassmin said and smiled.

Mum bought us tea and biscuits.

"Would you like dinner?"

"No aunty. Jazakallah."

"Shouldnt you be calling her mum now?" Aisha asked.

"Okay mum." Jassmin said shyly.

Soon Jassmin, me, Aisha and my mum were talking and laughing. After a few minutes my mum told me to show Jassmin her new bedroom. I was nervous leading her up the stairs. Finally i showed her room. Aisha brought Jassmin's suitcase and closed the door for us.

" Do you want to start unpacking now or you going to do it tomorrow?" i asked.

"I need my pajamas so I'll start today and finish tomorrow. " She said

She bent and opened the suitcase and took out a pink pajamas and headed towards the bathroom to change. Meanwhile i wore my tshirt and baggy pants.

She came out from the bathroom with her hair tied up as bun. And then she said

"Can we talk for a while?"

"Yes sure Jassmin. "

" You see Amin i need time to get to know you more better. I wont be wearing my hijab since you are my husband now and i dont mind sharing my bed with you but nothing more than that. i hope you understand." she told me feeling a bit nervous on what i might say.

"I totally understand Jassmin. No worries. " i told her feeling a bit upset.

"Are you okay?" i asked her.

"I am good feeling abit tired and sleepy." she said.

"Goodnight!" i told her .

"Goodnight" she replied.

I switched off the lights and instead of sleeping , i lay awake, thanking Allah (SWT) over and over again. It was the most happiest day in my life.

Hey guys, i think this is the longest chapter that i have ever wrote. Please do tell me what do you think about it? And continue to support me. Thanks to all my fellow readers. Jazakallah.
