So many of you may know how to read in hangul but i think the best thing is to read actual korean books. You dont really have to start witg a big book you can do it with small things like the name of a brand like Tony moly or pony effect. But the best way is to read a manga. Yes a manga but one in korean. You can actually read a lot of them for free in the Naver webtoon app thats both for iOS and Android.
1)UNDERSTANDING
I know when you are a beginner in a language you might not understand a lot. So reading might be hard but its actually a little more simple to understand what you're reading. Just circle, highlight, or write down the words fron the sentence you know.
2) CONNECTING
This goes well along with understading. Alot of the words in the sentence you will know. But they might be in a different order. But if you put your pieces together you will find out what the missing words mean by yourself. An example of this is this sentence: 오빠는 날 떠나지 말아요 당신을사랑합니다. You already know the words that are underlined so you've figured a bit. You can use your resources like context clues to figure out the rest. And/or use a dictionary to hekp you woth those words and take notes on them.
3)READ OUT LOUD
It's really easy but if you get stuck in a sentence say it slowly and repeat it over and over again.( either the word or the sentence)
4)PUTTING YOURSELF OUT THERE
It's easy just dont be afraid to be wrong. Everyone is human and humans make mistakes except me I'm an alien. But we do make mistakes.
