Well I'm late sorry but do this in winter I recommend it. But do it whenever you want.

Work your Lower body
1)For the first exercise do a lunge and your knees shouldn't go pass your toes. Do this from 30secs-2min each leg2) the next one is doing squats there two ways of you cannot do it the fist way do it the second way and point your knees the same direction your toes point
