Tips for losing weight

This are a few tips I've had been told by my grandma and other females from my family

1)drink 16 ounces of 물(water) before a meal or snack

2)eat 김치(kimchi) I'll give the recipe for kimchi in another chapter

3)drink the following 차{tea(s)}: white tea, barberry, rooibos tea, pu-erh tea, green tea

4)put an ice pack in your 위(stomach) for 30분(minutes)

5)if you don't like exercising do: hola hop, jump rope, or dance

6)talk to someone while you eat so you can focus more on the conversation then the 음식(food)

5)breathing yes breathing suck your stomach in and breath it also gives you nice posture

6)do yoga

7)when eating for every spoon you take say to yourself while chewing:초코 머핀 한 조각 시켜놓고 고소한 우유한잔을 기다려요 ( Over a chocolate muffin Waiting for a cup of savory milk)
