The Day After

Lucy's~P.O.V

I woke up to the sun in my eyes from a small window and I was snuggling a really warm pillow without realizing I was on the cold hard ground because this was so comfy, 'I don't remember going home and my pillows don't stay warm like this?' I un-rapped my arms from the pillow and removed a weight off my head and sat up with a slight headache banging in my brain. I look in front of me and remembered what happened last night.

Flash-Back

"Well no one will hear us with that loud music bang so we might as well get to know each other." I said and patted the floor next to me. 'OMFG did I just say that oh god and I practically told him to sit next to me' He walked over and hesitantly sat down next to me our shoulders barely grazing. '*Soul disappeared into thin air*' I held my hand out for him to shake.

"I'm Lucy, I'm 18 and I'm graduating 3 weeks from now and I plan on going to Crocus University." Well now he knows me for more than a maid.

"Ok, nice to meet you Lucy, I'm Natsu, and I'm 21 and I am also graduating in a month from Crocus University with a business and law degree." He said and I looked shocked. 'Wow 11 chapters in and you finally learn his name, congrats Lucy' 'Anyway; Natsu, that means summer in Japanese' 'Maybe that's why he's so hot' 'Oh Lucy you're such a pervert'

"You're name means summer in Japanese." I said but then I realized that it slipped out.

"Yeah and Lucy means light, right?" 'OMFG he's so smart and he even knows my name in Japanese' 'Just marry me already' I smiled at him and he looked at me. 'I just want to jump him right now' 'Jesus all these teenage hormones, I need to get out of here before I do something I'll regret later' 'Well there's nothing to do except drink, why is god working against me?' I looked away still smiling and jumped up, I think I scared him but that's fine. I opened the cooler and pulled out a wine cooler, "Do you want anything?" and looked down at him.

"Sure I'll have a beer, don't you think you're under age to be drinking?" He questioned me.

"Didn't you ever drink at high school parties?" I retorted.

"Touché, touché." I grabbed one and gave it to him and sat back down, popping my drink open.

"So......what's college like?" I asked not knowing what to say.

"It's like high school just bigger and tougher, but they throw awesome parties, as you can see." He replied smirking just a bit.

"Yeah, high school parties are fun but this is really cool, and these people know limits. High schoolers are like a child needing supervision." I said giggling and he just chuckled a bit.

After about 12 drinks each and lots of bonding, I started to feel tired and a bit dizzy.

"Hey if you're tired you can rest your head on my lap or shoulder" He suggested, and I just laid my head down on his shoulder and feel off into the darkness.

Flash-Back-Over

Wait I fell asleep on Natsu >///<. I turned my head to next to me where I was looking at the hanging, sleeping pinkette, his chest slowly rising and falling peacefully. Last I remembered was that the door was locked so we sat and talked. I slowly got up from my spot next to him and walked over to the door, 'Please open' I turned the handle and it creaked open 'Oh thank god, I was about to cry to myself' I was heading out and the warm sun shone off the lake and reflected making it look so peaceful and nice out here. I walked a couple paces away and looked back, 'I shouldn't leave him in there, he might wake up confused' I turned back around being the nice citizen I am 'Sure Lucy you tell yourself that' 'I am too a great citizen' 'No, you're only turning back so you can see Natsu again' 'WHAT I'm not' 'Sure, say what you want' I approached the door and turned the handle, the sun slipping in after me and shining on the male.
