Chapter 14

Natsu's~P.O.V

Today was Saturday and I knew Lucy was at work because she always works around 9am to 1pm so I'm gonna go see her. It's been hours since I had last saw her, it was yesterday around 5pm and now it was '10:57' such a long time. 'Natsu your such a creep you are in way too deep with this chick and you still don't know her last name' 'Whatever I'm not a creep I'm just in love and I'll ask her for her last name and number when I see her in a bit.' I went to the bathroom and started the shower, rinsing real quick and hopping out and put on a burgundy, quarter sleeve V-neck shirt with black jeans and my black Van's. I got my keys and headed towards the café just itching to see Lucy, oh how I missed her but I'll see her in a minute, so I can live.

I parked across the street from the café and crossed the street checking for cars. Before I had walked in I had notice a flier that was advertising a summer carnival, going on throughout the weekend. 'Oh maybe I could ask Lucy to come with me after she's off work if she's not too tired' 'It would be our first official date' 'Yeah, in your eyes you dork, what if she doesn't even like you and has other plans' 'Well I would hope not, I really want to hang out.' I was standing out there long enough to look like a creep so I took the flier and walked to the door, the little door chime greeting me along with Lucy's figure, bent over picking something up and you saw a clear view of her light blue lace trimmed undies. 'At least it's not a thong, those are too revealing for a young lady like herself.'

"Blue with lace" I whispered to myself, feeling a little stir down under. 'Wow, that was quick she's not even close to being naked and you're getting a boner' 'No, it's just..' 'That's what I though, buddy we need some action and by the looks of it you need, more or less want her' I ignore myself and escort myself to my table which was luckily not being occupied. Lucy had noticed I was here, waiting and she held a finger which meant she'd be over in a second. My eyes followed her as she was picking up some dirty dishes and heading to the back where the kitchen sat. She returned a minute later, with her pad and pen in hand,

"Good almost afternoon, Natsu." She said, I swear I heard her say my name really seductively. 'You're just needy stop imaging dirty things about her'

"Hey Luce, the normal please and no need for a newspaper I looked at it this morning." I said plainly trying to hide my joy from seeing her.

"Ok I'll be right back then," She turned to give the chef my order but I had reached out and grabbed her hand and she turned with a little blush on her cheeks. "Umm Natsu do you need something else?" She almost stuttered out. 'Was she nervous from me holding her hand' 'How cute is she so innocent.'

"Oh, yeah I wanted to see if you wanted to hang out after you get off, because there's a carnival at Shino Field, you know right outside of the city about 15 minutes away," I told her and she looked a little shocked. She was about to say something but I quickly cut her off afraid of rejection. "You don't have too I just was wondering since I had nothing to do today and you are always working so I thought I could treat you to some relaxing fun time with me." I said and released her hand scratching at the nape of my neck, slightly embarrassed.

"Oh, yeah I would love to go but I don't get off until 1:30 because Flare had to drop something off before she gets here." She said practically beaming. I was still trying to comprehend what she had just said, 'Wait did she just say yes, YES. Oh yeah' I was basically fist bumping myself in my head.
