Lucy's Prom Preparation

Well my friends here is the next chapter I promised, so I hope you vote and comment on what you think about it. Also I hope you all remember this is mature and not just language, it won't be really smutty but it does get intense so I'm just reminding you now so you're prepared for future events.
~Now to the story~

Lucy's~P.O.V

I woke up Sunday morning feeling lighter and happier than ever before. 'Natsu took me out, basically on a date and then he offered to take me to prom' 'Can he just propose too, I won't turn him down, he's a keeper for sure.' I called Levy and told her all about us being friends and how he was going to be my date, but really just there for "my company" he's so sweet and also yesterday he took me to the carnival and won me things and drove me home like a gentleman. But that was yesterday and right now I'm just daydreaming about Natsu while listening to Mrs. Porlyusica give an example of mixing chemicals and which ones react to each other I already have over 100 percent in her class because earlier when we had fall break I had gone over to her house to practice chemical reactions, I also nearly blew her house up because of it but with extra work I ended up getting ahead so now I'm basically her assistant. I looked up at the clock '2:56' ok 4 minutes until we leave, but I still get to stay here and finish prom set up since its tomorrow and because we have half day tomorrow I get to skip my classes to set up the Dj booth and make sure all the lights and speakers work. I also have to make sure the decorations are all up and not out of place, our schools theme is "An Elegant Night at The Ball" the colors are just simple silver, black, gold, with some speckles of emerald in the nightfall background. Don't ask me why I didn't decide but seems to fit fine with the other colors. "Riiiinnngggg" Well time to leave and set up, I had called off work for the week and everyone there knew why so they thought it was fine, so here I am enjoys my days off working even more at school. Around 6 I finally finished up and decided to head to the café for dinner because I'm too tired to actually cook. When I opened the door I was welcomed by Laki, she was taking my shifts for me because I work from 3:30 to 6:30 and we close at 7. I looked over at the table Natsu always sits at and I was surprised to see him here and staring right at me, I waved to him and Laki just led me to his table.

"Do you mind if I join you today?" I asked a little nervous because I don't want to be a bother but I want to talk to him.

"Oh, yeah go ahead and take a seat, I don't mind." He quickly replied sitting straight up in his seat.

"Thanks." I pulled out the chair that was across from him and put my bag on the ground while lowering myself into the chair.

"Soo... why didn't you work today, but you're here now?" He asked looking at me with soft beautiful onyx green eyes.

"Oh, I had to set up the prom with the council members, but 3 of them bailed so it was me and one other person." I explained with an exhausted sigh to end it with. He nodded understanding.

"Oh, yeah makes sense so are you not working at all this week because of prom and graduation?"

"Yeah, and after I graduate I get more shifts to make up for it but most of the summer I have off which is nice because I want to go to Magnolia to visit my parents. But then I'm spending most of my summer on the beaches here and at waterparks with my friends," I beamed because I can't wait to go to the beaches to show off my amazing new bathing suit and my hot beach bod. "Are you doing anything this summer?" I asked him because he was just sitting there quietly.

"Yeah I my graduation and after that I get my dad's business and start prepping for my spot as CEO because by the end of summer it will be all in my hands." He said, it almost seemed stressful graduating then immediately becoming a CEO, luckily my father said his business would go to my cousin, Zeref but I would still get profit from it.
