Alpha Katies POV
I heard the roar of Ivys car engine as she pulled into the driveway. She was one of our best fighters and I had sent her on patrol in the shopping district.
She ran in through my office door, I looked up from the paperwork I was doing. "In my office without knocking, what happened?" I said sternly. "Well, we met a lone rogue at the shopping centre." She replied breathlessly.
Willow walked in "Ivy seemed to offend her, she smells quite strong so we came to alert you." Willow looked at me, honestey clouded her small green eyes. She looked like her sister. Tall, even though she was only 16, green eyes but instead of black hair, it was birch brown.
"Where is this rogue then?" I asked calmly. "She was shopping at the mall with the Creepypastas. " Ivy said shakily. "The Creepypastas?"
I asked, whenever Slenderman recruits someone new we have to be alerted as we are their neighbours and allies. "I'm going out, Get Jynx to hold the fort till I get back!" I ordered.
They all stood up straight. "Yes Alpha." Jace said, they all walked back out my office door . I followed and locked the door, grabbing my car keys from the rack and heading out the front door.
Spirits POV.
Two hours of shopping and I got 3 dresses, 4 pairs of black skinny jeans and 2 tops. Masky bought me a mask which was awesome, and in return I bought him 3 books, Of mice and men, The Winter Palace and The Shining. Red was laughing because Hoodie fell over, holding Janes new snowglobe which broke all over the floor. He ended up paying for a new one.
We were at home, with hot chocolates with marshmallows and cream on top. Masky was reading his new book, Hoodie was playing on the Xbox with BEN and I was discussing classes with Red, Masky and Hoodie throwing comments in a times.
"Come on, I know how to make a proper Hot Chocolate!" I laughed, throwing a pillow at Masky. "Hey its not that bad!" He replied. "Yeah, its worse." Red laughed loudly, I joined her. He looked calm, but that was because of his mask.
Red and I were still laughing as she put the kettle on to make another cup "Got any more squirty cream?" I asked as I got some marshmellows out of the cuboard. "Its in the fridge." Red said, handing me the Chocolate powder from the cupboard after she joined me from the livingroom. I put the powder and the marshmallows in the cup and put the hot water in.
"Right, Milk, cream and sugar." I said to Red as she went on a mission to get the stuff. She gave them to me as I put sugar into the water with milk. The marshmellows bobbed up and down as I put the squirty cream on top. "I need a flake..." I trailed off. "I'll get one!" Red shouted, making me jump, she ran towards the cuboard by the fridge.
She handed it back to me as Masky walked through the door. "You can make your own," Red said, "This is MY hot chocolate maker from now on!" She said, taking a sip of the chocolatly goddness.
"Yes Alpla Kate, I understand that you should have been aware of the new wolves in the area but I've been really busy initiating them into school and the Pastas already here." Slenderman said, leading a very tall, dark haired Alpha Female towards the front door. "Wait, I've met Ghost, Whos that wolf?" She said, her voice was deep and intimidating but I didn't react to it.
"You will meet her at school, shes training to be one of my new proxies." Slenderman replied, using his long tentical, shadow hands to call me over. "Hello, You must be Alpha Katie, am I right?" I asked politely, I caught sight of Ghost standing a little down the hall.
"Yes, Are you Miss Spirit?" She replied, with a friendly smile and an outstretched hand. "That would be me, Its nice to meet you, If I may ask, wheres your pack?" I replied, Shaking her hand, which was huge and very paw like. "My pack is at home and wont cause you or your sister any harm now that I have your scent." She smiled.
She was very nice and polite. Ghost stepped in and offered to walk her to her car and they both chatted on the walk back to the car. "Slender? Could she stay for a nice cup of tea?" I asked quietly from the doorstep. "Ask her before she goes." He replied as he faded away to his room.
"Wait, Alpha Katie!" I shouted, running to catch up with her long strides. "Yeah?" She asked suprised, turning to face me. "Would you like to stay for a cup of something?" I asked. "I've got to get back to the pack, maybe next time though..." She said.
"Alright, see you round, Alpha Katie." I said happily. "Please, call me Kate, you are quite strong and Ghost explained you were both Alpha trained before you arrived here. So we are equals." She laughed as she got into her car and took off down into the surrounding woods.
"That could have been deadly!" Ghost yelled, walking towards the front door. "I can go back to chatting with Red now, with my hot chocolate." I replied, she turned and faced me with a 'WTF' look. I just laughed and ran inside.
