Meg got in her car and drove to get ready at home

"Hey daddy!!" I said dropping her bag and hugging her dad

"Hey sweetie!" Dad said laying his book down

"How was school!?" Mom asked

"Same as usual!" I said kissing my mom on the cheek

"Remember we have the dinner date tonight!" I said sitting in the table

"Yeah we know!! You have reminded us every night" dad said

"This boy must be very special because you seem really excited!" Mom said writing in her notebook

"Oh trust me he is!" I said

"Don't get to comfy" dad said

"Nick..." Mom said

"What just saying...." Dad said putting his glasses back on and reading

"Well I'm going to get ready!" I said running upstairs

"No running in the house" mom yelled as I walked upstairs

"Are we ready to leave?" Dad asked

"Yup" I said

"Excuse me?" Mom asked raising an eyebrow

"Sorry...yes" I said correcting myself

-Dad was wearing a black suit and a blue tie. Mom was wearing a very pretty blue dress that went down all the way to her knees, a black pair of high heels, a black purse, blue jewelry to match her dress, and she had her hair down curled, she only had a little bit of makeup on. I was wearing a black flowy dress that went a little just above my knees, my hair normal and pinned back with green jewelry and my green converse.-

"Sweetie I admire your style put c'mon go put on some high heels" mom said

"But I don't like high heels they are uncomfortable" I said

"Then wear some black flats" dad said

"Whoah look at dad in his fashion!" I said running up stairs

"Walk missy!" Dad hollered as I walked

"Is this better!?" I asked
