It's Not My Fault (COMPLETED)

Chapter 23

Alexandra's POV

Today was Thursday. And today I had an appointment.  I hated them.

You must  be wondering what happened at the party.  Well turns out the neighbours called the  cops  complaining about the loud music.  Lukyliy no one saw Erick and I playing our 'game'.

I was packing up my stuff and heading out. The last lesson just finished and now I have to drive to the hospital. 

I got in my car and drove off.  I had to drive myself today because both my parents were at work and  it was hard for them to take time to pick  me up.

I parked my car then got out and walked into the hospital.  The firmillyer smell of medicine and chemicals hit my nose. I always hated this place.

I walked up to the receptionist and she pulled out my file then made me sit in the waiting room. I waited for a few hours before my name was called I was really getting tired.

"Alexandra Lean" the doctor called. I got up and walked with him to his office.

After my check ups and his usual dialogue I was ready to leave. I was about to walk out the door when I  felt a hand wrap around my arm and turn me around. 

My heart stopped as I came face - to - face with Erick.  He looked at me with confusion and worry. "Alex what are you doing here? Are one of your parents sick or something?" He asked.

I was too shocked to answer him. "What are you doing her?" really Alex is that the best you could do? I scolded myself.

"Romeo just hurt his leg during practice" he answered. Now I got worried.  "Oh my god!  Is he okay?" I asked. Erick chuckled nodding his head.  "Yeah he's fine. But you still didn't tell me why you're here" he said.

Damn it I tought he forgot. I was trying to make up an excuse or something but then my doctor came up to me.

"Oh Miss Lean. I know I have told you this before but  I'm going to tell you again anyway. Remmber you can treat it. I'll be seeing you at your next appointment" he said.

I nodded at him "Thank you" I said. He then walked away. Erick looked at me in confusion. "Alex what is he talking about? What's going on?" He asked.

I can't answer him. Thanks for nothing stupid doctor.  I ripped my hand out of Erick's hold and walked away. I heard him call for me but I kept walking.

I rushed to my car got in and drove away. I'm in too deep now. What am I going to do?

I tried to swallow the lump in my throat but I couldn't help the way I was feeling.

I parked my car and walked into  my house. My parents were still at work so I decided to get my mind off things.

I did my homework and stared the cooking. I made pasta and put everything together.  when I was done I sighed sitting down on my coach watching some TV. 

About an hour later my parents had come in. I told them about my appointment except for the part with Erick. 

I was about to got up to my room with I heard knocking on the door. "Alex honey could you please get that" my mum said.

I walked over and opened the door seeing a very angery looking Erick.  I froze looking at him. He stepped into the house not breaking eyes contact  with me.

"Why?" He asked angryliy. "Why the hell would you keep something so big from me?" He shouted.

My eyes stared to water there was no turning back now. "What the fuck was I supposed to say Erick?  Did you expect me to walk up to you and tell you hey Erick I'm DYING anyway how was your day?" I shouted back.

"All I'm asking for was that you could have told me. Do you not trust me? Do you not love me? Do you have any idea of how I'm feeling right now?" He shouted tears streaming drown his face.

"I trust you more then myself.  I love  you as much as you love me. And THAT right there is why I didn't tell you." I cried he looked at me. Hurt and pain in his teary red eyes. He turned and walked out the door that was the last time I saw him.

I dropped to the floor crying. My parents had heard everything. They were there to comfort me.
