It's Not My Fault (COMPLETED)

Chapter 14

Alexandra's POV

"Alex wake up" I opened my eyes to see Cami hovering over me with a big smile on her face.

I looked at her and goraned. How could she be so happy early in the morning?  Well maybe because she's not the one with dramatic teenage problems going on.

"Come on Alex. If you don't get up we might get into trouble" she said worried. I sat up and looked at her "Chill out. What time is it?" I asked

She smiled  sheepishly "it's 6:00 am" I'm surprised at first but then nod. "Come on we have to get ready .A key our beds and go down for breakfast.  God only knows what the day holds for us" she said getting up and walking over to make her bed.

"Should we take turns. Like one day you make the beds then the next day I make them?" She asked looking at me. I think about it for a while then shake my head "No let even it out we make our own beds" I say.

She nods "okay you can us the shower first then" I get up and walk into the shower. I was still in the clothes I wore yesterday. I stripped down the  had a shower washing my hair too. After that I brushed my teeth then walked out into the room in my towel. 

Cami happily goes into the bathroom. I walk over to my closet looking for something to wear. I wasn't really feeling like dressing up so I put on  a white  t-shirt, blue skinny jeans and white toms to match.

I didn't put on any make up. I put my hair into a messy bun. I'll dry it later. And I put my glasses on. I looked at myself  in the mirror and stoped remembering Erick's words.

"You look so cute when you wear your glasses "

Tears welling up in my eyes. No I have to be strong. I can't cry. Not here not in front of him.

I clear my head and fix my glasses.  Then walk over and make my bed. After a while Cami got out if the shower and we walked down together. 

There was a bunch of tables and a buffet with things like egg,cereal,toast, fruit etc. I walked over and poured myself a cup of coffee. I don't really feel like eating so I got a bowl of fruit with yougurt. 

Cami and I sat down at one of the tables. "What is she doing here" I hear Erick spit.  I look up at him and Romeo.  Of course they would want to sit here Romeo is Cami ' s  boyfriend and Erick is his friend.  "I'm sorry I'll move" I said getting up.

Cami quickly pulled me down into my seat "No she is my friend so she stays" she said leaving no room for argument.  Romeo shrugged and sat down  ext to her. Erick grunted and sat next to me but not too close. 

"Morning Kids"  Mr Rick said walking in. "From today on you will be given duties. You will do them to the best of your ability" he said.

"There is a list outside with your names and where you will be working as well as what you will be required to do. If you have any questions come and see me" with that be walked out.

A few kids rushed to see what work they get. A few 'yays' and 'nos' where heard. I on the other hand was not really in a rush to find out. 

I calmly finished my breakfast then walked over to the list. I looked at the list for my name.

Alexandra Lean :  Coffee shop

"Looks like we'll be working together" Cami says beside me. I smile at her "it's gonna be so much fun" she beams.

I guess they open all day.  Cami and I went to the coffee shop. The manager giving us aprons and telling us what to do. Turns out they don't only sell coffee.  They sell food,cakes,drinks etc.

We got the job as waitresses. Which was fun. I can't say I  didn't enjoy it.

"Aw Alex you know I love you" Cami goes off. I raise my eyebrow at her "what do you want?" I asked  "can you please take my  sfit. I'm really tired " she pouted at me.

I sighed "okay" I picked up my notepad and walked over to the table.
