"We should be able to drop you two off at the door step," Howard explained to Steve. "Just get us as close as you can, you know you two will be in a lot of trouble for this," Steve said to Agent Peggy fixing his parachute. "And you wont?" Peggy shot back at him.
I leaned over to Howard and asked,"Your letting me go with him?" He chuckled and looked back at me, "Nico, I know that guy you've been writing to is in the 107th. If I didn't let you go with Captain and try to find him, you'll be angry with me and I couldn't have that," I rolled my eyes, "Geez, Howard when did you get all soft on me?" Now he rolled his eyes, "Plus I want to meet this guy, so I can tell he can't hurt my little sister or I'll bust him." I sent a shock wave to him, which caused him to yelped,"DAMN IT NICO!" I smiled, "Be nice Howard," and sat back next to Steve.
"Agent Carter, if your not much in a hurry I thought we could stop for a late night fondue."
Howard I am going to kill you if you ruin my Steggy ship and shock you till you are numb. Great, now you created an awkward silence. Damn it, Howard Anthony.
"Stark is a greatest pilot I have ever seen, we're lucky to have him," Peggy said looking away from my sparks and over to Steve. "So do you two," Steve started awkwardly pointing from Howard to Peggy,"um fondue?" I took out the transponder device and handed it to Peggy for her to explain it to Steve,"This is your transponder activate it when you're ready and the signal will lead us to you."
"Are you sure this thing works?" Steve asked as Peggy handed him the transponder device. "Been tested more than you pal," Howard said defending his technology. I reached over and shocked him,"NICOLETTE!" Wiggling my fingers more sparks coming out I said,"What did I say Anthony-" I was cut off by gunfire.
"Get back here, we're taking you both all the way," Peggy examined as Steve opened the door. "It's not safe enough for that," I shot back at her grabbing onto Steve. "As soon as we're clear you turn this thing around," Steve said looking up at Peggy who fired back, "You can't give me orders." "The hell I can, I'm a Captain," and jumped out. Before I jumped out Peggy held me back,"Be safe. The both of you," I smiled and jumped out. »»»»»» "There," I said pointing at a hydra vehicle, "That's our way in," looking back at Steve. He nodded, "C'mon." We ran behind the vehicle and jumped in the back where there were four hydra soldiers. Before they could do anything I held up my hand and felt my eyes turn gold, "Knock each other out. I command you," and hoping that worked I put down my hand. Soon enough they started to fight one another till they were all knocked out. Steve whistled, "Wow, how long did you know you could do that?" he asked looking down at me. I shrugged, "Had a dream that I did that to a man with a metal arm, didn't work on him though." I said looking back up at him. He raised his eyebrow at me. I clapped,"So Captain, what's the plan from here?" »»»»»» After knocking out a few hydra soldiers and stealing a weird blue glow stick, we found our way to where all the 107th and other soldiers were held at, of course after knocking out another hydra soldier.
"Who are you two suppose to be?" a dark skinned man asked looking up at us. I looked at Steve who looked down at the soldiers and said, "Um, I'm Captain America and she's Miss. America."
Steve started to unlock all the prison doors as I stood watch to make sure no hydra soldier cam in on us. "What are we taking everyone?" I heard one of the soldier asked and turned to see a soldier take out his dog tags and fire back,"I'm from Fresno ace." I rolled me eyes at the two, "We're looking for a Sergeant James Barnes," I explained looking at all the soldiers.
"There is an isolation unit in the back, but no one has ever come back from it," a soldier with a red hat said looking at Steve. "Alright, we'll meet you guys at the clearing with anybody else we find," Steve said before the same soldier who asked us who we were stopped us and asked,"Wait, do you two know what you are doing?" I shrugged,"Punch, scratch, and kill is my motto," I said as if it's no big deal. Blink. Blink. "I do yeah, I've knocked out Adolf Hitler 200 times," Steve replied before dragging me with him to find his best friend and the man who I came to save and kick because I actually told him to not get captured and then he goes and gets captured.
Steve and I starting running like no other. At point we stopped running when we turned a corner and saw a tiny little man came out from a room with a brief case. Once we saw he he took of running the other way like a little chicken. Steve tried to ran after him, but stopped at the door of the room, "Nicki, stay here and watch out for anyone. I'm going to check to see what's in there," I nodded taking out a small knife from pocket and stayed watch.
C'mon Steve. What is taking you so damn long in that room? It better be freaking important and- Oh my teddy gram.
"James," I whispered looking at the man in Steve's arms. "Short stuff," he said smiling at me. I don't know what came over me, but whatever it was I'm glad it did. I ran into his arms hugging him never wanting to let go again.
