Married Mate

Chapter 6

Gabriel POV

When I imagined my mate, I've always imagined her being soft spoken and obedient. When I say obedient; I don't mean in a dog following his master type of way, I mean it in the sense that she would take into consideration my advice and follow it.

But after meeting Jasmine for the first time and seeing that my mate and my packs Luna is an outspoken Hispanic goddess, I should've known what was about to happen today after depositing way more money into her account than was needed. I couldn't help myself though; I wanted my mate to be able to buy herself anything her little heart desired.

But nothing prepared me for what happened next. Duke mind linked me telling me she was on her way up in the private elevator. Her scent hit me immediately and last night's scene played in my mind, making my body heat up with need. I suddenly heard my PA/ Secretary yelling and next thing I know my lovely mate busts in looking more than pissed off.

"How dare!" she started yelling but stopped mid sentence as she realized I wasn't alone. I was with 3 of my pack members trying to work out a issue about hunters. They all turned to look at her and their questions suddenly started bouncing into my mind.

"Who is she, Alpha?"

"Damn, she looks mad, what did you do?"

"Do you need us to help?"

Man, they are some nosy people.

"No I will handle this. I will see you guys at the pack house later today to finish and solve this mess." They simply nodded and left the room. I turned to look at her and I noticed her take a deep breath, here it comes.

"How dare you deposit the double amount of money into my bank account? What do you think, I'm desperate for money? Do you think last night needed payment? Is that it? I am a fucking professional you big albino tree trunk! Take the extra money back!"

I started to shake violently; my wolf did not like how she was speaking to us. We are Alphas, we demand respect. Lucas was trying to surface, and I was trying really hard to calm him down and keep him at bay.

"I need to show her who is boss" growled out Lucas. "Lucas calm down she is a human and doesn't know about us yet" In that instant I let my guard down and Lucas took over. In an instant we jumped over the desk.

All I heard was her curse before we pinned her against the wall. Lucas leaned down and took a whiff of her neck. I could feel the need overcome our anger. Lucas and I needed to mark her so that all the other wolves knew she was ours.

I took control again before Lucas lost control and did something that would make Jasmine hate us.

"What makes you think I thought you were that type of person Jasmine?" I breathed out against her neck.

She visibly shuddered. " I I I don't know, but I just don't like people giving me things I didn't work for" she replied while stuttering. "I'm not just people you know, Jasmine I deposited that amount of money because I think you worked way too hard for that small amount you were charging me." I lied. It hurt that I had to lie to my mate but I had no choice.

"Ok fine, I think I should get going" she whispered. Before leaving she turned and I saw anger once again in her eyes "By the way, tell you big security looking guy by the private elevator my name is not LUNA, and to never say I have a nice tight ass"

"WHAT?!" I angrily breathed out. Duke had major explaining to do before I ripped his head off.

"I truly apologize Jasmine, please let me make it up to you by taking you to dinner" I smiled and wiggled my eyebrows at her suggestively.

"I don't think my husband would like that Mr. Taylor." She answered almost painfully.

Why did she sound so pained? Did she want to go out to dinner with me? "She's our mate! Of course she wants to be with us you idiot!" Lucas yelled at me. I mentally groaned and shut him out.

"Awe come one, it's just a professional acquaintance dinner" I urged.

"Okay okay fine, but I will be letting my husband know about where I will be going" she said while awkwardly shuffling her feet.

"No problem. How about this Saturday? I'll pick you up, say around 7:30 pm?"

She nodded, smiled and walked out. I waited for the door to clothes before I started to do a crazy fist pumping dance.

"MHMM" someone cleared their throat. I stopped and turned to Jasmine back inside! Oh shit.  She was standing there with a sly smile and a single eyebrow raised.

"I just wanted to say thank you for your generosity... oh and by the way nice dance moves" she said before giggling and leaving.

I was still frozen in place. Damn I must've looked so dumb and immature. I sighed and dropped myself into my chair.

Her giggles sounded even more adorable then I could ever imagine. Ok, snap out of it Gabriel! I shook my head and mentally smacked myself. Back to business, I have to fix this problem about hunters being on my land. 

Hello loves!! This was kinda a filler chapter.. idk its up to you guys if y'all liked it or not. lol I've been stuck to my laptop typing away while listening to The Weeknd trying to have a finished chapter for ya'll. :D
