I miss you,
Not because of the lies you told me
Not because of the tears you had me shed
But because every day I miss your company
I miss you,
Not because of the hurt you gave me
Not because of the betrayal that was laid.
But because of how you would hug me
I miss you,
Not because I have a reason
Not because I care
But because of the time we've spent apart
I miss you,
Not because it matters
But because I know one thing
One thing we don't have in common
I miss you,
Only because I know you don't.
