>NO ONE'S POV<

Harry and his daughter Darcy were walking back home from the park one spring afternoon.

He smiled to himself as he listened to her hum a little tune. He couldn't be happier, he thought.

Suddenly his phone buzzed in his pocket, making him sigh. It had to be another business call.

He quickly turned away from Darcy as he answered it with a frustrated breath.

"Hello?"

As his back was facing his daughter, she spotted a little black moth. She giggled as it landed on the tip of her nose.

She waddled across the street and up to the front porch of the town's old haunted mansion.

She reached out, trying repeatedly to catch the little creature. She stumbled through the doorway, not paying attention to her surroundings.

Finally, Harry ended the call, turning back around to see his little girl through one of the dusty window.

"No, Darcy no!" He yelled as he ran into the old abandoned house.

He chased her up the stairs until he lost track of her. He checked every room, desperate to find her.

He ran into the library, frowning as he noticed a bookcase pulled out like a door. He walked over to it, finding a flight of stairs.

Slowly, he made his way up them, listening closely to his daughter's voice.

"Mothy."

"Yes, Darcy. Mothy." Harry's eyes widened as he heard a woman's voice.

"Where's dada?"

"Your dad? Wait...he's here?"

As he reached the top step, his eyes fell upon his little girl sitting on an old bed, next to an almost transparent woman.

She quickly stood up with Darcy on her hip. Harry stood still, not even moving a single muscle. He didn't dare blink his eyes, fearing it may all be a dream.

"Rosie?"
