Lilla was never normal. She's always been different. Could do thing normal people couldn't. She had to run away from her foster family to protect them and to keep her abilities a secret.
She never thought she would ever fit in with a group of peopl...
When we got back to the house, I was brought to Carlisle office. Carlisle had ordered Alec to leave. He was freaking out at the fact that I was hurt again. Carlisle was talking about x rays when there was a knock at the door. "Come in if your calm." Carlisle shouted. One of the volturi members came in. They took off their hood to reveal that they was actually a she.
"I thought my gift would be of some assistance." She stated. She quickly walks over to me. "Now, which arm is hurt and how bad?" She said. Her voice sounded strong.
"Right arm and it completely broken. To know more we'd need x rays." Carlisle told her. He was using his doctor voice.
"Okay, that's all I need to know." She said as she raised both arms. "Okay, my power is a form of healing, but in order for it to work I have to re adjust your bones. I'm sorry, but this is going to hurt like hell." She had a sympathetic expression.
"But my arm will be okay in the end?" I ask her. I nodded. "Okay, let's do it." Alec walks into the room. "I don't think you're gonna wanna stay for this." He shakes his head.
"No, it's okay. I'm calm now." He said as he chewed his thumb nail. I looked back at the woman and nodded. I was sure when she was going to start, until I felt multiple sharp pains in my arm. It felt like my arm was breaking again, but this time in slow motion. I screamed as tear ran down my face. I could see Alec standing near the door. He face was full of pain. I could tell he hates not being able to help.
Suddenly, I see him walking towards me fast. He grabs my good hand and hold it. I looked at him and he looked back. Then the pain stopped. My entire right arm was numb. I look at it and see that the woman was still working. I could see my bones through my skin. My eyes widen in horror, but arm quickly moved by a soft hand on my chin. Alec, he was using his gift. He was depriving me of feeling in that arm.
I let him. For the next hour I sat there staring into his beautiful ice blue eyes.

"Done." The woman side, causing both of us to stop staring. Alec stop using his power. I hissed at the aching pain in my elbow as I moved it. "Yeah, it's not good as new, but it's good. As you can see it bruised, but that's it. And the only reason it took so long is, because of lover boys powers. I had to work around them."
I laughed. "I didn't mind the time. Thank you for helping."
"Yes, thank you Serena." Alec had a sad thankful expression. She put her hood back up and left the room. Carlisle followed her, but stopped at the door.
"I'll leave you two alone for a little while, but keep in mind that other people would like to see you." He said as he leaves the room. I laughed.
"So, lover boy." I giggled. Alec shook his head with a smile. I hadn't noticed how cold it was in Carlisle office until now. I shivered.
"Here." Alec started to take off his cloak.
"Uhm, no. It's okay. I don't want my family to think that I've joined you coven. I'm not sure which one of us would be ripped apart." I laughed slightly.
"Well, I guess it's a good thing that I have a jacket on under the cloak." He said as he tossed the cloak to the chair. Alec took off his tan zip up jacket and carefully helped me put it on. Despite the fact that he has no body heat, the jacket was still warm. Alec watched me as I zipped up the jacket part of the way and then continued to take a deep breath through my nose.
I was surrounded by his scent and it was intoxicating. I smiled when I looked at him. "What?" He smiled at me.
"Nothing. You just look so... human." I tell him.
"I do not look human." He stated.
"Yes, you do. Plain white t-shirt and jeans. Oh, and don't even get me started on the eyes." I lift my hand to my head to make it dramatic.
"What does the redness draw you in?" He asked playfully.
"No, I don't see the red. When I first met you they were red, but then they suddenly became this icy blue." I explained. Alec was standing right infront of me. I was still sitting on the table.
"Well, I see a confusing bluish-grayish color, in your eyes. It's absolutely breathtaking. I don't know how I got so lucky to meet a girl of such beauty." He says as he stepped closer to me.
"Well, I don't know how I got so lucky to meet a guy who would take the biggest risks for me." I said as I leaned forward to grab his hand, causing him to step closer.
"Oh, says the girl who took a very big risk of her own. By throwing herself out of a window, when I only had just learned her name." He replied as I pulled him close.
"Hey, you risked your life too. You're the one that caught me, remember?" I giggle. This time he moved forward on his own. He was so close. Chills went down my spin.
"Oh, yes. But I guess it's these risks we take that brought us together." He said as he stepped closer and placed his arm on my waste.
"I guess it is." I place my hand on neck.
"How stupid of us." He whispers.
"So stupid." I whispered back before he pulled me into a kiss.
He was so gentle. He made me feel like a beautiful flower, that if you weren't carefully with it, it could wilt. My entire body felt like it was shaking. I couldn't remember where I was or what had happened a few moments ago or what time it was. All I could remember was his touch. And that was all I needed.
