I feel slightly bad for Alec. He had to lay on the couch the whole night, because i fell asleep on him. Somehow, he moved us so that my back was against the couch and his back was facing the opposite way. My arms are against his chest, while his were around me. His chest was moving up and down, as if he was sleeping. When i adjusted my body to see his face, it stopped.
"Good morning." He smiled at me.
"Morning." I replied. My stomach rumbled. "Time for food." I attempted to sit up, but ended up knocking both me and Alec off the couch. We both landed on the floor with a loud bang. I laughed at my clumsiness, while Alec stared at me in amazement.
Emmett came running in. "What did you do, Lilla? Shove him off?" I giggled and Alec stood up and stretched out his arms to help me up. Jacob made eggs and I could smell it in the living room.
They tasted amazing, until I got to the last bite. I looked down at it. And suddenly felt like my insides were being hit with a baseball bat. I groaned in pain. Alec, who was sitting next to me, put a worried hand on my back. "Jacob, let me see that egg carton." I asked reaching for it. I looked it up and down till I found what I was looking for. Everyone waited as they watch the most frail girl in the room look at eggs. I read the date. The one that dated back two weeks ago. Instantly I feel sick to my stomach. I stand up and run straight to my bathroom where I puked up every last bite of egg.
When I returned to the kitchen I felt much better. Everyone looked worried. I walk back to my seat picked up the egg carton, walked to the trash can and dramatically threw them away. I lifted my arms in the air as if I got a touchdown. "NO, MORE EVIL EGGS." I shouted. I don't know why I was in such a good mood.
The rest of the day was saying goodbye to guest and cuddling with Alec. Then, saying goodbye to more guests and more cuddling with Alec. By the end of the night I was trudging around, whining about how tired I was. Eventually, Carlisle forced me to my room. But once I was there I couldn't fall asleep. So, I trudged back out and went directly to Alec, grabbing his hand and taking back to my room. Only then, did i fall asleep. A completely uneventful day. This happened for the next three days.
The fourth day was a rude awakening. "Okay, so what are you guys going to do now?" Carlisle asked. I looked up from my bowl of cereal.
"What do you mean?" I asked in condition.
"Well, Alec is still part of the volturi and you still part of our family. The volturi needs to go back soon." Carlisle explained. I hadn't thought about all that quite yet.
"I have to go back." Alec says. My head snaps to him. "At least for a month. Then, I'll come back and visit and after that you can come and visit. We'll just take turns." He looks at me with a stern face.
"I won't get to see you or talk to you for a month?" I asked him with a very sad face.
"We can call each other and I'll write everyday." He explains.
"It costs to much for you two to send texts back and forth." Aro explained. I whined and face planted into the couch. "I'm sorry."
"When you're older you can do whatever you want." Carlisle added.
He did not just pull the age card on me. I mentally said. It'll be okay.Alec replied.
I sat up really fast, making myself a little dizzy. "When are you guys leaving?" I asked with a slightly annoyed face.
"Tonight." Aro replied.
"Tonight?" I yelled. I made a half pouty, half 'I'm about to cry', face. Alec instantly reacted. He made an awwwww noise and wrapped his arms around me, pulling me into a hug.
