Meeting Alec.

Lilla malia cullen. Nope still sounds weird. Edward told Bella about how I love nature. She decided to pass on the meadow. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. I love flowers. I would lay there and play with the wind and the flower pedals.

The Cullen's taught me about their history. Everything was really interesting. Although I did find learning about the volturi was horrible. What they did to other living things...it gave me nightmares. I hate them. And i never thought I'd meet them until one day I did.

It was three weeks before my birthday and I was in my room reading. I had just started reading Modeste Mignon.

I was only one chapter in when I heard Carlisle shouting for everyone to calm down. I got up slowly and silently. I creeped down the hallway and just before I reached the kitchen I stopped and hid behind the wall. I peeked out from behind the wall. I see Edward holding his hands out to everyone, motioning for everyone to be quite. "Please everyone be quiet, Lilla might hear us." Edward turns his head. He's trying to read my mind. I quickly think of nothing, blank paper, an empty room. Edward makes a questioning face then turns back to the people in black cloaks.

"Aro is going to want to meet her. And you know if she's human that she will have to die." A girl with blonde hair said taking off her hood.

"No, no one will be laying a finger on her. We're not even sure she is human." Rosalie replied. "He can meet her, but he will not be touching her."

Suddenly one of the hooded figures swiftly walked out to the balcony. Everyone was surprised by this action. Edward turned to him then back to everyone. "He can smell her. He can smell Lilla. So, Lilla, why don't you come out." My eyes widened, I took a deep breath and slowly made my way out of my hiding spot. My head was down. Carlisle sighed. I looked up to him. Disappointment was all over his face.

"I'm sorry. I just, I heard you guys and I got curious and-" I cut myself off. I needed to stop talking.

"It's fine. Lilla, these are people from the volturi." Carlisle points his hand at the remaining cloaks in the room. My eyes widen and my heart jumps into my throat. I've heard what happens if the volturi catches a human that knows about their kind. I take slow steps back and my breath quickens. My anxiety go through the roof. Suddenly my fight or flight activities and apparently my body decides on flight.

I turn to run to the balcony. I've escaped from my brothers clutches this way before. Right as i turn, soft arms catch me. I look up into the eyes of my capture. I see the same red eyes that are in the blonde girl's head. Then, a sort of filter slides across my sight and I see the once red eyes are now a beautiful ice blue. I'm stuck in his gaze and he is stuck in mine. My breath get caught and I no longer feel like the person I was four seconds ago.

My body goes limp along with his. We fall to the floor in unison. And everyone in the room become alarmed and gathers around us. I'm am pulled into a vision and accidentally pull the boy with me. This vision was different. I couldn't just see things, I could hear and feel and smell and everything. Also, it wasn't black and white. It was more of a white glow to all the colors. I sit up slowly.

"What is this?" The boy next to me asked. His hair was partly in front of his eyes. His dark brown hair made his eyes even more beautiful.

"I'm having a vision, but I don't understand why you're here with me." I told him.

"Oh, okay. So, how far in the future are we? And, why?" He asked looking around. He was holding his breath for some reason.

"We're just a few minutes in the future and unlike Alice, whose vision happen when people make decisions, mine are because something is about to happen. Something big and important." I told him.
