Have you ever met someone for the first time but you feel like you know them or have met them before?.
Lets just say a strange sense of deja vu hit me as soon as I saw Jackson.
"hey Liv"
Says Jackson totally calmly and giving me a small smile.
"uh hi"
I say awkwardly.
Like how the heck does this guy know my name is he a stalker or something?
"I'm guessing you don't remember Jackson Liv"
Says Blake obviously sensing my insupportableness.
I shake my head.
An emotion I can't place flashes behind Jackson's eyes but it disappears after a fraction of a second.
"Last year he came to stay with us when he needed somewhere to stay down here, we got along well and now we can't get rid of the guy" Blake says grinning
"oh come on you know you love me" Jackson replies playfully.
"best to stay away from guys like him, he's a bit naughty"
Luke says playfully punching Jackson's arm playfully
"come on I'm a good guy deep down"
Luke and Blake laugh
"Might have to go pretty deep to find it"
Luke says.
Jackson rolls his eyes and walks over to our car,
"come on I'll help you guys unpack"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
after we finish unpacking I decide to go surfing.
Ever since I was little I always loved to surf. My parents bought me a surfboard when I was 7 and I've been learning since then. The only thing that I didn't like about surfing was no-one I knew surfed too.
I once tried to teach Luke to surf but he said it just wasn't his thing.
Blake has tried before a couple of summers ago but decided to just stick to football, which is good because he could barely stand up on his board.
I have gotten used to surfing on my own.
So you can imagine my surprise when Jackson asks if he can surf with me.
"you know we went surfing together lots last time"
Jackson says as we start to walk down to the beach.
"really"
I say
He nods.
"is it frustrating you can't remember anything?"
he asks looking at me with curiosity.
"yeah its more annoying that no-one will tell me anything though"
I reply truthfully.
"Luke and Blake?"
"yep and my parents"
"I'm pretty sure Luke didn't actually tell them the truth"
he says
"was it that bad"
I ask groaning.
"I'm pretty sure your brother just didn't want to get told off"
he says grinning.
