The Summer After Last

chapter 7: Mr fluffkins is dead

for a moment there was just silence.

about 5 seconds of it. then Luke snapped out of his trance

"yaasssssssssssss" he screamed and grabbed his phone. completely taken back by his reaction I look at him confused.

"your not mad"

"hell no" he dials a number and starts talking immediately when they pick up.

"you officially owe me money" he screams into the phone

"yeah I know I'm always right.....ok bye"

"wait so your okay with this" Blake says looking at Luke with the same expression that's probably on my face right now.

"me and Al made a bet about you two and I just won"

Al was Blakes troublesome 14-year-old younger brother always getting himself into mischief. he wasn't hanging out with us because he was currently grounded at the parents house. he got expelled before school was out when he skipped class and set off a bunch of fireworks on the school field.

"you were betting on us" I say raising my eyebrow.

Luke nods.

"yep"

"well anyway you know owe me 50 for breaking Mr fluffkins" I say teasingly folding my arms.

"aw man"

"anyway Als only 14 don't take his money that mean right Blake" I turn to him expectingly.

"what oh yeah exactly liv is right" he speaks after I elbow him

Luke folds his arms pouting and huffs.

"id be carefull Blake your the one who was snogging my little sister 2 minutes ago"

hes only older than me by 3 minutes but his obviously stupid brain thinks it means 3 years the way he uses it ALL THE TIME.

blake is ready with a comeback though.

"your also the one who said you were ok with it 2 minutes ago"

"actually it was 2 minutes and 42 secounds ago geez Blake get it right"

"asshole" blake mutters turning away from him

"well i may be an asshole but your a mouldly toenail!"

blake swirls around and starts to laugh "did you just call me a mouldy toenail"

"yep" Luke says smiling obviously happy with his insult choice.

"your weird"

"NO IM LIMITED EDITION" Luke shouts loudly.

"anyway Blake we will have a little talk later... now I really need to go I just came back for my keys not for a tea party" luke grabs his keys off the bench and sprints outside to get into his car. well, i think to myself that was interesting

Later on blake had to leave to go see his friend in the town over, after he promised me he would be back soon he left and i was alone. picking up the phone i called someone who i thought might want a little break from confinement.

"hey Al" i say when he picks up the phone

"he liv is it true that you and blake are dating or is your brother just messing with me"

"its true now listen you want me to sneak you out?"

"finally! a kind soul has come to rescue me from my pit of  bordem!"   

"i know i know im epic wait a sec ill text you when im there"

i hang up and race out the door.
I might as well have some fun with This boring day.

Me and Al sing terribly as a black eyed peas song blasts from the raido
After I had reached his house he had climbed out his window and we were now on our way to play laser tag.
He had won paper scissors rock...

After stopping once to get McDonald's we finally arrived at the laser tag place.
We paid for our games and grabed our equipment before racing into the rooms. I shot three lasers at three people and managed to get 2 of them out.
Man! I'm actually good at this!
"Cover for me" as say to Al as I run right through an open space aiming to get to the room at the end of the hall.
As I run into the room I bash into someone much bigger than me and I fly across the room bashing my head against the wall.
In my blurry vision I see Al and the guy I don't know his name let's call him asshole.
Run over to me.
"LIV" Al seems to be screaming but his voice seems faint and far away in my fuzzy mind.
Then everything goes dark.

Helllooooo sorry for my short chapter I will be again mixing some together it's just I can't write them fast enough!!!
I'm thinking of changing the cover of this book for a while and if any of you want to make one and send it in that would be amazing if not I can make one myself
