Recap: "Why can't you drink? I'm sorry if that's a rude question." I asked her, stirring the posh food around on my plate.
"Michael?" she said. Michael looked at her with daggers in his eyes.
"What, what is it?"
"We uh I um she is uh-"
"Alex and I are pregnant."

Noelle POV
"Oh really?" I said in shock.
"Yes! And we're twelve and a half weeks in." Jennifer said, reaching over the table and clasping her hand in Michael's.
"That's wonderful, congratulations, but Mikey you never told me."
"I'm sorry, it blew my mind." he replied.
"Well I'm getting tired so I'm going to go to bed." Jennifer said, standing up and grabbing her late. I stood up and tried to help her, but my clumsiness caused my untouched glass of wine to spill on the tablecloth (an all white tablecloth to be specific).
"I'm so sorry. I'll-"
"No this is my daddy's mother's cloth! Michael help please!" Jennifer said. Mikey reached over to grab some dishes, but caused his drink to spill as well.
"Shit!"
"Michael, language please! Don't curse around the baby!"
'Sorry, fuck."
"Why can't you just say fudge!" she screamed, causing Luke, Michael, and I to burst out in laughter. Jennifer's face turned red and she started throwing the dishes that she had back on the table. She then preceded to pull the tablecloth so that everything came tumbling to the ground.
"Now, look what you made me do." she said, putting her hands on her hips and staring directly at Michael.
"But it's fine, it's okay! We're going somewhere in an hour, but everything's gonna be fine!" Luke stood up and started walking towards the living room. He grabbed my hand when he walked past me to make me walk with him.
"I'm sorry you had to hear that. They argue like that all the time. I'm lucky that Jennifer even let us get away, cause she'll add everybody into the argument." he said.
"And Michael's okay with that?"
" He usually comes and crashes on the couch and Jennifer acts like the argument never happened in the morning."
"Wow."
"Yea, I know she sounds crazy. I just wonder how long this argument will last. But would you like to go somewhere with me in a hour?" Luke asked.
"Is it the same somewhere that they're gonna go to?" I replied.
"Yea, so what do you say? Are you in?"
