Today is the day I start high school. I'm beyond excited and a little nervous. I want to be known as something else besides the Carson sister, so I've decided to ask my brothers to keep it quiet and only tell people if they specifically ask. To my surprise they all smiled and replied with a chorus of "sure's" and "no problem's" This surprises me a lot, so we will just have to see how it goes!

I check my alarm clock and the time says 6:30 am so I have plenty of time before I leave at 8:15 with my brothers. I walk into my bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. One perk of being the only girl is I get my own bathroom.

After I finish I head over to my closet to face the hardest part of my day.. figuring out what to wear. As one of my best friends, Lauren always says, "with the right outfit a girl can make everything work" or something like that.

I decide on a pair of pretty short faded blue jean shorts and a soft pink knit crop top. To finish it off I put on my long summery cardigan. For my face make up I apply a light concealer and finishing powder. I then use my naked 2 and 3 pallets to do my eye makeup. I put on some mascara as well. To finish it off I apply a rosy NYX soft lip crime.Eye makeup and lips are down below.

I decide it's probably time for hair since it is already 7:28. I get out my straightener and because I straightened the bottom layers the night before all I have to do is go over the top and a few strands on the bottom. Once I finish that I begin to do a small simple small braid so it doesn't look too bland.
