MIA POV

"Okay, but promise me you'll try not to freak out?" I pleaded to all of them but keeping my eyes between Ryan and Blake, seeing as they were my main concern.

They both stare back at me intensely and then look at each other. They look back at me again and give me a slight nod with a scowl etched onto their faces. It's times like these that you could tell they really were twins and not just brothers.

"Well, it started after Emily went to go hangout with some dude and a few other people," I start off but then cover my mouth as I realize I just through my favorite cousin under the bus.

Emily receives glares from the twins, most likely for leaving me alone. She also receives a 'we'll talk about that later' look from Max. I glance at her apologetically and she gives me a small smile while nodding for me to continue.

"Right, urm sorry Em. Anyways, Avery was in the living room hanging out with some guy so that left me all alone," I start out explaining to them slowly and trying to find a way to say that Parker approached me without giving away his identity. No way was I going to assure his death. I just hope Mikey didn't know who he was..

"Mia!" Ryan raises his voice and snaps his fingers from across the room, obviously trying to gain my attention.

"Sorry," I quickly mutter an apology for what seems like the thousandth time tonight before continuing, "Only a few minutes after Emily left me I got thirsty so I went to grab a special pun- oh I uh mean water."

Ryan and Blake let out a growl and give me looks. Max is still staring at Emily who has her head down. But Mikey is just staring at the floor with his head in his hands and rapidly tapping his foot.

"While I was getting my drink I turned around and collided into someone's chest. He caught me before I fell and then offered to take me somewhere more quiet to talk. I guess he could tell I was a little uncomfortable seeing as it was my first party and I was all alone," I tell the boys, only lying a little bit to protect Parker.

"That's when you should of came and got me!" Both of the twins yell out at the same time making me flinch. It's so weird when they talk at the same time and I hate when they're both yelling.

"Mia, you shouldn't even be talking to guys, and you defiantly do not need to be going anywhere alone with them," Ryan spits out at me and emphasizes on the word alone.

"I know Ry, and I'm sorry." I speak up and glance to him apologetically.

"But at that point I was caught up in the moment and I followed him upstairs. He lead me up to a bedroom and we just talked for awhile. He was honestly nice and didn't really try anything," I explained to them shamefully and kept my head down. I knew that if I looked at them directly they would be able to tell I was lying.

"Like fucking hell! Why the fuck was he on top of you shirtless when I came in there?!" Mikey stands up screaming at me, his face red with anger and pointing an accusing finger to me.

"WHAT THE FUCK DOES HE MEAN?!" Ryan screams at me and stands next to Mikey, and Blake copies his actions.

I let a small gasp leave my lips as I bite the inside of my cheek to keep from crying. I hate when I disappoint anyone and I especially hate that I disappointed them. I just can't help it, I'm a natural people pleaser.

"Guys calm down, you're scaring her." Max takes the role of the peace keeper and brings me into his lap. It's unusual to see him keeping his anger under control. Usually he's like a second Ryan in these situations.
