Firstly, how are you? How have you been doing?

I'm lovely, thank you for asking! Even though I'm in the midst of my summer holidays, I have tons of contest entries to read through and chapters to write, so I've been keeping myself busy. Apart from that, I just lounge around and anticipate the new Sherlock episodes.

When is your Birthday?

January 20th.

The Best thing in your life?

Since I just received a bunch of gorgeous ink pens I bought online, I would have to say that the best thing in my life is currently stationery. I've never felt more Tumblr in my entire life. Maybe I should create a Studyblr.

What's the only thing you regret the most in your life till this date?

Being coercively attracted to the Internet, for sure. Although I've made loads of incredible friends on here, I suspect it also had a major role in developing my social anxiety and depression. Plus, I'm as blind as a bat now because I can't tear my eyes away from my phone.

Would you Rather

Would you rather have your book published but now have as much readers as your expected or write on wattpad and have millions of readers?

I do have over a million reads on one of my stories, and that has its ups and downs. For example, the sweet comments and exposure have the same effect as warm butterbeer, but the amount of hate increases, which is a shame. I would still take millions of readers over being published, though. I love interacting with my readers! They're such wonderful people, and I'd be saddened if I couldn't talk to them as often.

Would you rather always have to say everything on your mind or never be able to speak again?

I would never speak again. Most people who know me personally often compare me to a mouse anyway. Plus, I can write down whatever I want to say, or even learn sign language.

Would you rather know when you are going to die or know how you are going to die?

Ooh, that's difficult! I'd rather choose when I'm going to die, so I can space out activities I want to do into increments, which depend on the time I have. That means I get to do everything I want to do before I die. In my opinion, having to avoid cars or knives for the remainder of my life would be even worse. I don't want to live with that kind of fear.

The explanation segment

What is the most different quality of yours that most of the authors on wattpad don't have?

I suppose I stand out amongst most Wattpad writers because I'm one of the rare ones who haven't changed their username and profile picture in years. Four years, to be exact. My profile isn't as breathtaking as others out there, since I'm loyal to my roots. I'm known for my distinctive panda profile picture, which isn't aesthetic, but even so, I've grown fond of it. Not to mention that evethespy isn't your typical aesthetic username. 

Hm, another would be that I reply to every single message I receive, whether it's on my message board or PMs. Unless they're reading or following requests. In that case, I'd happily delete the message.

If you have to describe life in three words, what would it be and why?

A time waster.

I chose that because I described it in one of my stories. I'll paraphrase it here –  "It's a strange term to describe death, passing. It downplays the morbidity of dying. Passing sounds ordinary. Passing a soccer ball. Passing people in the hallway. Passing an exam. Passing time. For life is just passing time, isn't it? It's a time waster. Death occurs when our time runs out."

If you had the chance to publish one of your books which one would it be and why?

I'm against publishing dialogue stories, so I'd publish one of my drafted novels, Retail Girl. I haven't completed it, but it's my most polished story to date. Besides that, I'm also taken with my upcoming story called How To Avoid Bad Luck, though it may not be posted until 2018 or 2019. I've written a few chapters already, which have turned out nicely. Plus, the concept is distinctive enough to attract attention.

Do you wanna throw a shoutout to anyone special? Any friends? Haters? Favourite reader or author?

Ooh, yes! A shoutout to Annabel, my real life friend and cover maker on Wattpad. Sana, for being my wonderful bestie. And of course, Zaara for being my gorgeous Wattpad bae and one half of the #Zalei ship. There are so many more. Even if I didn't mention you, I love you to the moon and back. You know who you are.

What do you have to say about all the hating going around on wattpad? We can see a lot of amazing authors leaving Wattpad because of this. What's your opinion? How do you handle the haters?

I'm lucky regarding the hate department. I don't receive much hate, with the exception of a few negative comments. I've never been unfortunate enough to have a hate account made for attacking me, and I hope I never will be.

Even so, I don't see the point of going to such lengths to degrade others. We're all human. Our lives are too short to waste time tearing people down. We're just children of the earth, existing for the sake of it. Falling in love beneath a blanket of stars. Like I said, life's a time waster, so waste your time wisely. If you hate on writers for constructing art from pure imagination, you're abusing a creative mind.

If you see them, report them and move on. Don't make a fuss, they're not worth your time.

Do you have any new years resolution?  What changes do you wanna see in yourself in this new year?

I'm not really into New Year's resolutions, since I never actually manage to resolve anything, but I suppose it would be to finish at least two stories. Snow Boots should be completed by February, but I want to complete at least one other story this year. Perhaps Begging To Differ. In terms of change, I suppose I should be more optimistic this year. It's unlikely to happen, but I'll give it a go.
