I can't believe today is finally here. I'm moving in with Merida. Mer and I have been planning this for months and now it's here. Mer is already in New York in our new apartment we haven't talked in awhile. She was meet a guy across the hall. His name is Hiccup, Mer talked to me about him a lot when they first met and we were still talking. I'm boarding my plane now since I live in Oregon now. I still have an hour till I board, and I'm going to text Mer to see how it's going. 

"Mer, What's up"

"Nothing are you on your way?"

"My flight is in an hour but it won't be too long"

"Can't wait till you get here things are pretty crazy"

"Good or bad crazy?"

She didn't answer after that so it's definitely bad. I know Mer and when she doesn't say anything you no it's not a good thing. So now I have to read a book for an hour and wait to figure out the news Mer is hiding. She really needs to learn to hide things a lot better. Especially if she wants to hide things from me. My younger sister's best friend Rapunzel we all call her Punzie, anyway she can never notice when Mer is lying it's surprising actually. My sister Anna isn't moving with me and is staying with my parents. I heard the call for my flight and everyone started boarding. The flight from Oregon to New York is only four and a half hours.

5 Hours Later

All I did on the plane was sleep. I didn't have any sleep the night before because of how excited I was to move. Mer and I's place is thirty-minutes away from the airport, so I have to take a taxi. When I finally got to the front of our apartment building. I saw a guy who looked the same age outside the building he had really light gray hair and blue eyes. He was actually kinda cute but since I didn't know him I didn't say anything. He went in before me and opened the door for me. We still didn't talk which made the elevator awkward. When I got to Mer and I's apartment Hiccup and Mer were there.

"Hey guys, where to I put my stuff?"

"Umm...Elsa about that..."

"Hiccup tell me since Mer won't."

"Mer and I are moving in together but there's a great guy you'll be moving in with. He can seem like a dick at first but he is honestly great when you get to know him."

"No. No, no, no, no, no I don't know him I'm definitely not living with him."

"Elsa come on your my best friend let me and Hiccup live together."

"Mer don't do this. You always do this.'

"Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaase Elsaaaaa."

"No."

"Pleeeeeeaaaaaaase."

"Fine. Fine Mer. Have you told the other guy yet?"

"Umm...No."

I just went to the apartment I'm apparently living in now. Merida told me told me it was across the hall already. I didn't have a key, but I was annoyed and wanted to see who the guy was anyway. I knocked on the door and the guy from downstairs opened the door.

"Why are you here?"

"Didn't Hiccup tell you?"

"Hiccup didn't tell me what?"

"I'm your new roommate."

He just walked across the hall to Mer and Hiccups apartment. I just sat on the couch and procrastinated unpacking. I didn't know if I was going to get kicked out again. I just sat there and five minutes later he walked back in.

"I can't believe this."

"Yeah I know"

He came and sat next to me. He didn't say anything but turned on the tv.

"What's your name?"

"Jack. You?"

"Elsa."

After that I got up and unpacked all my stuff into the only empty room. He didn't talk to me till I finished unpacking and sat on the couch again. We didn't talk for five minutes till I got up.

"Hey, Elsa?"

"Yeah?"

"You don't have your bed yet so you can sleep in mine I'll sleep on the couch."

"It's okay I could just sleep on the floor in my room."

"At least sleep on the couch."

"Okay."

Then he moved from the couch to his bedroom he didn't say anything, but at least he's not a dick so far like Hiccup said he would be. I started drifting to sleep watching tv. A couple minutes later I heard Jack walk in and turn the tv off. I guess the first day in New York didn't go the way I planned.
