Grace's POV-
The Tardis lands we follow the Doctor outside "Venice." The Doctor said smiling as he opens his arms out "Venezia. La Serenissima. Impossible city. Preposterous city. Founded by refugees running from Attila the Hun. It was just a collection of little wooden huts in the middle of the marsh, but became one of the most powerful cities in the world." The Doctor rambles on as we follow him as he walks around.

"Constantly being invaded, constantly flooding, constantly just beautiful. Ah, you got to love Venice. So many people did. Byron, Napoleon, Casanova." The Doctor said looking at the people he then stops "Ooo, that reminds me. 1580. That's all right. Casanova doesn't get born for a hundred and forty five years. Don't want to run into him. I owe him a chicken." The Doctor explained as he walks off I look at Amy "A chicken?" I whisper she chuckles and pulls me along towards Rory and the Doctor.

"You owe Casanova a chicken?" Rory asked confused "Long story. We had a bet." Th Doctor calls back as we follow him we get stopped by a guy "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Papers, if you please. Proof of residency, current bill of medical inspection." The man explained to the Doctor who holds up a blank piece of paper "There you go, fellow. All to your satisfaction, I think you'll find." The Doctor "I am so sorry, Your Holiness. I didn't realise." The man said as he bows.

The Doctor blesses the man I move closer to Rory who smiles warmly at me "No worries. You were just doing your job. Sorry, what exactly is your job?" The doctor asked him "Checking for aliens." The man said Amy chuckles I slightly smile "Visitors from foreign lands what might bring the plague with them." The man said my eyes widen and so did Amy's "Oh, that's nice. See where you bring me? The plague." Amy says sarcastically as she whacks the Doctor "Don't worry, Viscountess. No, we're under quarantine here. No one comes in, no one goes out, and all because of the grace and wisdom of our patron, Signora Rosanna Calvierri." The man explained to us Amy nods acting posh.

"How interesting. I heard the plague died out years ago." The Doctor questioned him "Not out there. No, Signora Calvierri has seen it with her own eyes. Streets are piled high with bodies, she said." The man said pointing out as he spoke well this trip was going to be interesting if I do say so myself I was a little worried about being alone with the Doctor though "Did she now." Doctor said nodding Rory takes the psychic paper from the Inspector, who moves on to his next target "Er, according to this, I am your eunuch." Rory said holding the paper up confused "Oh yeah. I'll explain later." Amy tells him as we walk off.

We ran and watched the water by the canal Amy chuckles when we see this man comes over to the group of girls looking for someone named Isabelle we all watched closely as he falls to the floor my eyes widen but my eyes widen even more when my hands grabbed and I get dragged away thinking I was being kidnapped I begin to hit the person arm we stop and I look at him it was the Doctor I breath heavily as I rip my hand from his he looked concerned "You alright? I didn't mean to scare you." The Doctor tells me I look around for Rory or Amy hoping they would soon turn up.

I spin around looking around "Hey! It's okay I just dragged you along because your Rory's sister and I need someone to watch me be clever." The Doctor said grabbing my shoulders I snap my eyes at him "Don't touch me." I whisper stepping from his touch I avoid eye contact as he looked confused at me he nods as we follow the man we hide up a set of stairs we see the man walk pass the Doctor jumps down "Who are those girls?" Doctor asked him the man looks at us "I thought everyone knew about the Calvierri school." The man said eyeing us up.

"Our first day here. It's okay. Parents do all sorts of things to get their children into good schools. They move house, they change religion. So why are you trying to get her out?" The Doctor asked as we walk next to him "Something happens in there. Something magical, something evil. My own daughter didn't recognise me. And the girl who pushed me away, her face, like an animal." The man explained to us the Doctor smiles and looks at me "I think it's time I met this Signora Calvierri. Don't you think Grace?" The Doctor asked me I shrug slightly.

We stood at the entrance of the house as me and the Doctor hid behind the wall "Grace stay very close to me. Don't run off okay Rory would kill me." Doctor said looking at me "I would rather find Rory." I whisper to myself but the Doctor heard as he looks at me he frowns "It's an adventure! Or don't you like my company?" Doctor asked me I look away I sighed in relief as Guido distracts the guards "Let's go." Doctor said as we sneak into the house me and The Doctor go down a stone staircase to an area with a vaulted roof there is an ornate mirror on one wall opposite 3 doors.

"Hello, handsome." The Doctor said smiling as he looked in the mirror I smile to myself as he adjusts his tie in the mirror he looks at me "Bow ties are cool." Doctor said smiling I show him my first smile "Ha! I got Miss Williams to smile that's a bonus." The Doctor said smiling I shake my head why was he having that affect on me his company was rubbing off on me I wasn't as scared as I was when he dragged me "Who are you?" A creepy set of voices asked we turn around quickly they were very pale the Doctor stood slightly in front of me as protection.

We both look at the girls then the mirror and then the girls and then the mirror again "How are you doing that? I am loving it. You're like Houdini, only five slightly scary girls, and he was shorter. Will be shorter. I'm rambling." The Doctor said as he claps his hands together the girls look at us "I'll ask you again, signor and signora. Who are you?" They ask us all together "Why don't you check this out?" The Doctor asked showing an ID card "That's a library card." I whisper quietly so he could hear he looks at me and the the paper "Library card. Of course, it's with. He's. I need a spare." The Doctor said sighing shaking his head.

"Pale, creepy girls who don't like sunlight and can't be seen." The Doctor said ever so quietly as the girls smile he looks in the mirror then back at the girls "Ha. Am I thinking what I think I'm thinking? But the city. Why shut down the city? Unless..." The Doctors voice rambles off "Leave now, signor, signora or we shall call for the Steward, if you are lucky." They say as they smile the Doctor smiles "Ooo." He said I roll my eyes the girls teeth turn into needles, and they start to advance on the Doctor and I as they hiss.

"Let's go." I whisper "Tell me the whole plan." The Doctor said as we move around we step on the stairs "One day that will work. Listen, I would love to stay here. This whole thing. I'm thrilled. Oh, this is Christmas." The Doctor said excitedly as we run up the stairs the Doctor runs ahead toward Amy as they met in the canal I slowly catch up with the as Amy and the Doctor speak over each other as they got excited I join them so does Rory "We think we just saw a vampire." Rory said pointing behind him.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. Amy was just telling me." The Doctor said smiling "Yeah, yeah. The Doctor and Grace actually went to their house." Amy explained to Rory who looks at me he rush over "Oh. Right. Well." Rory said shrugging Rory pulls me to one side "I swear if he's payed a finger on you he'll know about it." Rory said angry I grab Rory's shoulder "It's okay Rory I'm fine." I whisper as the Doctor gave us funny looks "Oh okay well good." Rory said nodding I nod as well "Okay. So, first we need to get back in there somehow." Doctor said clapping his hands "What?" Rory asked shocked and slightly scared "How do we do that?" Amy asked the Doctor turning around smiling "Back in where?" Rory asked scared "Come and meet mine and Grace's new friend." The Doctor before running off.
