Grace's POV-
It's been a year since what happened with Amy and Rory and me getting kick out of the TARDIS it was sad that Doctor didn't even know I was pregnant at the time now a year on I've given birth it a beautiful baby girl she's only a year bless her but she spent her year in hospital by my side.

You see after I had given birth it only made me more weaker the nurses didn't want me to leave as they were afraid I'd die once I got home so they made me stay in hospital the cancer was spreading badly I guess being in Time Machine slows it down but now I'm on a lot of drugs and even a breathing tube my Nurse Kim has been wonderful always listening to my stories I told my young daughter about her father about the Doctor.

Even though she didn't believe me she pretended to god I miss Amy and Rory it's a shame they won't see their niece grow up to become the most smartest person ever. And the Doctor it crushed me that he didn't even know I guess for him it's long been hours or minutes since everything happened I understood his pain his lost I knew it was wrong for him to be on his own but I guess I was just a reminder more like a ghost.

I had written letter to the Doctor explaining everything even his daughter I had also wrote a letter for my daughter as well explaining who her father was and what it is he does let's face it my times running out and I know it is I can feel my breath getting slower and slower by the minute part of me just wants to go now but the other half is still hanging on to that that he'll come and save me but it's impossible their no cure for me there never was a cure for me.

I had put my wedding ring inside my daughters envelope making sure that I was always with her I'll always be watching over them both just like I knew Amy and Rory were watching over me. I was sat up in the hospital bed holding my little girl in my arms as i stroke her cheek I smiled.

"Morning, Gracie how are you and your daughter doing?" Kim asked as she entered my private room.

"She okay she wonderful." I whisper Kim smiles.

"What's the weather doing?" I ask Kim frowns. "Raining it's a horrible day." Kim said.

"Kim?" I ask her she smiles.

"Yes dear?" She asked.

"Can you pass that letter?" I ask her pointing to the one that had the Doctor's name written across from it.

She hands it over to me "I want you to keep this in your desk draw and when he comes I want you to give it to him." I tell her she smiles and takes it.

"Of course anything for you." Kim said I nod.

"You think I'm crazy don't you?" I ask of course they did I'm on a hell off a lot of drugs.

"Just a bit. But being mad are the best kind of people." Kim said smiling.

I look at my heart monitor it was slowing down slightly "Can you give me a couple of minutes?" I ask her she nods and leaves.

I look down at my baby girl who opens her big brown soft eyes she held my little finger in her small hands "Let me tell you a story off a Madman and his blue box." I whisper to her my voice breaking.

"This Man has a time machine that's big on the inside and can fly anywhere through time and space. He's called the Doctor. But to you he called daddy." I say looking down at her.

"He'll take you on loads of adventures you'll have the universe at your finger tips. Your father is the bravest man I've ever met he'll be your hero your saviour." I said tears falling down my cheeks.

"He'll tell you everything going to be just fine but that's a lie but let me tell you something Amelia Grace Williams it always works no matter how much danger your in he will be there to save you to save the world." I say holding her close.

"He'll make sure your loved you will be his world because your his daughter. Your going to travel the whole of space and time they will be best moments of your life. Promise me Amelia you won't let anything stop you from being with him." I say as I place a kiss on her head.

"The Daleks, the Cybermen and even the Angels will be terrified of you because you are Amelia Grace Williams you are The Doctor's Daughter and let me tell you that will be the most happiest day of your life meeting your father. I promise he will come back for you I know he will he never stays away for long he always comes back eventually." I said.

"I named you are the most feistiest woman I know." I said stroking her head lightly.

As she smiled at me "Your Aunt Amelia Jessica Pond. The Girl Who Waited." I whisper smiling.

"You would of loved her and your Uncle Rory The Roman." I said chuckling as I cried.

"And we mustn't forget River Song your cousin oh she a tricky woman. But very smart!" I say Kim renters the room I look up at her.

"It's time." I said.

I take a shaky breath before looking at Amelia "I love you Amelia Grace Williams." I say as I place a longing kiss on her forehead before passing her to Kim who puts Amelia in her crib.

"This isn't going to peaceful." Kim warns me I nod.

"I know. All stories must end soon." I say she smiles sadly.

As she lays me back I sigh as she begins to unhook the drugs keeping me connected to the heart monitor I take one last look at Amelia before another nurse takes her out.

"I'll let you go on your own." Kim said as she unhooks me from the breathing tube she leaves.

I felt my breathing rattle it's what they called the death rattle I had tears streaming down my cheeks as my heart started slowing down I grip the sheets as it got harder to breath my back hunched my mouth wide open as I stare at the ceiling I hear the heart monitor beep wildly as I take my breath I mange to say two last words.

"Goodnight, Doctor"
