Chapter 4

**

Its been days since 'the fight' and she's been ignoring me ever since. I couldn't help but feel guilty, all she tried to do was be a good mother and I put her on the spot for that. The one thing I won't do is say that I was wrong, welql because I wasn't, but I have to admit that we were both wrong and right in this situation. I want to apologize, but I can't bring myself to it. She's always at work and I'm always at school and even when we are together she ignores me as if I'm my dad!

School is okay, but hasn't been that great. Ever since I asked Ray about the girl he was talking to at the basketball game, he barely talks to me. My friends keep bugging me about volleyball practice, which I've barely been showing up to. Right now I'm sitting on the couch waiting till my mum comes home; this time I'm gonna do it, I'm going to apologize. I know it'll take her a while to get home, but I have nothing else to do so whatever. I stood up from the couch and walked over to the fridge and looked over the various of foods and licked my lips... I wish! There was nothing but milk, juice, salsa, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions. I know it may sound like a lot, but its not, I sighed and walked over to the pantry to find the most beautiful thing in this kitchen potato chips!  I grabbed them and walked over to the couch. I turned on the television and flicked through channels until either my mum or brother comes home.

Soon enough my brother came home and I headed up to my room so therefor he took over the living room. Usually my mum comes home before Rolland does but I guess its understandable since she IS a police officer. I sat down on my bed and stared just plain stared. I couldn't help but worry and worry. I know I'm worrying to much, but what would you do if your mum was a police copper and the time she usually comes home she doesn't? Okay maybe I do need to calm down. Maybe I'll take a shower, yeah I'll take a shower. I walked over to my drawer and grabbed a pair of knickers and matching bra along with aq black spaghetti strap t-shirt and athletic red, black, and white shorts with a pair of white socks. I walked over to the bathroom and hopped in the shower.

After being in heaven for what felt like thirty minutes, I walked over to my bed now ready to go to sleep. I threw some of the pillows on the floor, leaving only two on the bed. I snuggled under the comforters trying to go to sleep. I grabbed my phone from off the dresser to check the time, 1:57 a.m. I sighed and rolled over to my side. I don't think I'll even go to school today.

Later in the Afternoon {The Next Day}

"Your such an asshole Rolland!" I shouted as I slammed my door shut. ''And your such a slut, bitch!" He shouted and started to bang on my door. "Go away! I hate you!" I cried and its true I HATE him, I wish that he was never born! "Maybe you should leave her alone." Niall said sternly. At least he's the reasonable one in this jacked up 'fight'. "Don't tell me what to fucking do with her!" He roared. "Well, then maybe you should leave her the fuck alone!" He shouted back. Silence. All there is, is silence. I stayed quite, waiting for any little noises. Soon I heard a loud crash coming from downstairs. I jumped up out of bed and dashed down the stairs to find nothing but the living room a total mess. I felt a cold breeze come from behind me, I spun around to find the front door wide open. I hurriedly ran outside and turned all different directions. I looked over by the tree to find Niall limp and holding on it for dear life.

I ran up to him to get a good look of him. I lifted his head up and what I saw made me want to throw up. "Oh my god! Niall are you okay?!" I screeched. He had a busted lip, a bloody nose, a cut above his eyebrow, and a scratch on his left cheek. It was gruesome. "I'm f-fine." He choked out. "No! Your obviously not come-" I froze. "Niall.. where did Rolland go?" He shrugged. Shit!
