Arabella looked around. The forest seemed dark and quiet. They were traveling for weeks now. It never stopped. Arabella was hungry, dirty and worst - her knee felt worse. "We're near, I promise" Alec told her seeing how tired she was.
<...>
Robb was walking into Jaime's cell. "King in the North!" Jaime said. "Do you expect me to leave a Castle when you drag me from camp to camp?" he asked tired of being dragged everywhere with him.
"If I left you with one of my banner men you're father would know within one night. My banner men would get a message. 'Release my son. You'll be rich beyond your dreams. Refuse, and your house will be destroyed" Robb told him coldly.
"You don't trust the loyalty of men, whose following you to battles?" Jaime asked mocking the young king.
"I trust them with my life" Robb answered. "Just not with yours"
"Smart boy" Jaime mocked. Robb's expression darkened. "What's wrong? Don't like being called boy? Insulted?" Jaime then heard growling near Robb.
"You insult yourself, Kingslayer" Robb told him with dark face. "You've been defeated by a boy. You've been captured by a boy. Perhaps, you'll be killed by a boy" Jaime saw Greywind, Robb's direwolf coming in.
"Arabella wouldn't agree" he said with calm face also trying to psyche him out.
"Do you think I care about her right now? Stannis Baratheon sent a raven to High Lords of Westeros. King Joffrey Baratheon was neither a true king, not a true Baratheon. He's your bastard son. Only Arabella was Robert's daughter" he told Jaime who rolled his eyes.
"If that's true, good for her" Jaime answered from his seat.
"My father" Robb touched Greywind's fur. "Knew the truth. So did your niece. That's why he was executed and she ran away"
"I was a prisoner when Ned Stark lost his head or Arabella went missing" Jaime answered annoyed.
"Your son killed him and you... You pushed my brother through a window, because he saw you with Queen" Robb told him with a serious face.
Greywind growled. Jaime looked scarily at the direwolf. "You have no proof. You want to tray gossips like a fisher's wife..." Jaime said.
"I'm sending one of you're cousins down to Kings Landing with peace terms--"
"--You think my father is going to negotiate with you? You don't know him very well..." Jaime smiled.
"No" Robb agreed. "Maybe he'll start to know me"
"Three victories don't make you concrete" Jaime advised sarcastically.
"It's better than three defeats" Robb thought about Arabella for a second. He then let go of Greywind to attack Jaime.
The direwolf growled forward and was so close to Jaime that he got scared. He closed his eyes ready to be bitten. But Greywind just bit air.
Jaime opened his eyes and saw both of them gone.
Robb was walking around the camp. "Robb!" he heard a familiar voice that made him stop. He turned around and saw Arabella standing with a young man by her side. "What--What are you doing here?" he was lost for words. He never thought of seeing her ever again.
"Your Father told me to find you" she walked closer but he took a few steps back.
"How can I trust you? Your brother killed my father" he told her angrily.
She sighed and then another voice rang out. "Arabella?" they turned to see Catelyn. She stared at the girl furiously and Arabella felt that nothing would be okay.
