The wedding was close. Arabella felt nervous. She was standing next to Robb, holding on his arm. Walder Frey walked in with Edmure's bride. She had her face covered. Edmure breathed out. Robb glanced at Roose Bolton, who came to the wedding that day.

Edmure walked to take over his bride. Walder Frey took her mask off, revealing her face. She was gorgeous to everyone's surprise. Not like other Frey girls. Roslin kneeled down to Edmure.

"Lord Edmure." she spoke in a soft voice. "I hope I'm not a disappointment to you..." she told him shyly.

Edmure raised her, mesmerized. "You're a delight to me, m'lady." he smiled.

"You may now cloak the bride under your protection." the priest told him. Edmure walked behind her and put his cloak on her shoulders. Roslin looked at Robb, but he wasn't looking at her. He was looking at his only love. Arabella. No one was prettier than her to him.

The priest started interviewing their hands with a silk robe. Arabella smiled remembering hers and Robb's wedding night. "In the sight of the Seven I hear by seal these two souls binding them as one for eternity. Look upon each other and say the words..."

"Father, mother, smith, warrior, maiden, crow, stranger. I am hers and she is mine." they said. Robb and Arabella both smiled. "From this day till the end of my days..."

<...>

Music was playing loud. Arabella was chatting with Lothar Frey. He did seem funnier to be around. "My mother's alone with Roose Bolton." Robb said turning to her. "I should rescue her."

"Your mother is fine." Arabella looked at him playfully.

"Be kind. She finally likes you." he smiled at her and she rolled her eyes with a small smile.

"And I like her." she nodded. "But if she had her way, I would be somewhere in north and you would be sitting over there, eating blackberries out of Roslin's Freys mouth." she glanced at her and Edmure.

"Perhaps I've made a terrible mistake." Robb shook his head with a side smirk. Arabella scoffed and wanted to hit him, but Robb caught her wrist with a smirk on his face. "Striking your king is an act of treason."

She raised her eyebrow, challenging him. He looked at her lips and leaned forward. "No." she stopped him with her free hand. "Don't. Don't insult them. This night is about them."  she smiled stroking his cheek.

"Your Grace!" Walder yelled from the front table. Robb let go of Arabella's hand. "The Septon asked pray, the words were said and Lord Edmure has wrapped my daughter in a cloak, but they are not yet husband and wife. A sword need a sheet. And a wedding needs a bedding."

Everyone started cheering. Robb stood up. "If you think the time is right, Lord Walder. By all means. Let's just bed them." Robb smirked simply. Music started playing. Edmure smiled to his wife. People started walking towards the new couple. They raised Roslin and took her out. Women took Edmure out. Robb clapped his hands cheerfully. Arabella joined his side with a confused face.

"Did I tell you how much I love you?" he told her through the loud music.

"I love you." she laughed and stared at him with a wide grin. The feast slowed down a little.
"That was strange. I loved it." she commented.

"You've never been in a wedding before?" he asked her confused.

"No." she shook her head.

"Well, I suppose it does seem strange." he smirked. "It's a tradition." he then shrugged smiling. "Without the bedding ceremony there's no real proof that Lord and Lady--"

"Yeah yeah I know." she placed her hands on his arms. "There are other ways of providing marriage." she placed his hands on her lower waist.

"Boy or girl?" he asked quietly.

"I don't know it yet." she told him in a soft voice. "But I think it is a boy. And I already know how to name him."

"Oh, do you?" he breathed out happily. "It seems to me that a Father needs to have some say in his sons naming--"

"Reddard." she told him. His smile faded. "Of two most amazing Father's in the world. Don't you want to teach little Red Stark how to ride horses?" she asked him with a smile on her face. Such a loving one that made him smile as well.

"I do." he said immediately. She smiled wider and they kissed. She placed her hands on his shoulders. Catelyn was looking at them. She smiled a little knowing that he found someone who could love and take care of him.

Although, Arabella didn't know she was kissing him for the last time.
