Arabella walked into her chamber. She took her coat off and sat down, thinking about her husband.
Everything was going downhill and she couldn't stop it. Robb was getting angrier and tired of the war.
Arabella felt this sickness in her stomach. She saw a night-bucket and grabbed it before vomiting. "Are you alright, my queen?" Nora ran inside and to the Princess.
Arabella wiped her mouth and sat down. "I just don't feel very well." she answered.
"I can invite your husband." Nora suggested watching Arabella with scared eyes.
"No." Arabella smiled a little. "I'll be fine."
"There was a letter from Alec, your grace." Nora took a roll of paper. Arabella quickly stood up and took it out Nora's hands.
"Leave me." Arabella ordered.
"Yes, your Grace." Nora bowed her head and Arabella clenched her jaw.
"How many times do I have to remind that you have to call me Arabella!" she yelled angrily, surprised by her outburst. Nora nodded, tears building in her eyes. "Nora..." Arabella sighed.
She saw Nora run out of the room and decided to leave it like that. She unrolled the letter and started reading.
Dear Bella,
I wouldn't be writing if I wouldn't be at the Wall. It is cold in here, I'm not going to lie. I miss you a lot, dear friend. There's only men around, so I do miss your pretty face.
Things are not very good here. The Wildlings attacked the Wall but we beat them. Also, I saw brother. How he changed.
Are you going to see me? Maybe you and your husband can come when the war ends. Give him my greetings. Also, tell Nora that I miss her.
I don't know what to write anymore, dear friend. Maybe I should thank you for teaching me how to write properly. If you haven't shown me how to write I wouldn't be writing at all.
I am not waiting for an answer. Gods, I hope it's you who's reading this and not some other Bella, thinking it is for her. Alright, Bella. I have to go. I hope, I will see you again.
Yours,
AlecArabella smiled. She was happy and relieved that Alec was well and still sarcastic as he used to be.
She knew she couldn't keep the letter. She walked over to the fireplace and put it on the burning wood. She looked at the paper, getting black and turning to ashes.
There was a knock on the door. "Come in." she turned around and saw a man walking in. He had a sword in his hand and Arabella took a step back. "I am Stolle. Your new Kings guard." he bowed down. She nodded and he stood up.
"Do you know where my husband is?" she asked walking over to him.
"King Robb is in the great hall with his advisors." Stolle answered standing still.
"Do you have a house?" she asked him missing Alec.
"No, your grace." he shook is head. "I'm a bastard from the North."
"Stolle Snow." Arabella sighed realizing.
"Indeed, your grace." Stolle answered again.
"Well, Stolle." Arabella walked over to the door. "I want to see my husband."
They left the room and started walking through the halls of Riverrun. Stolle opened the door and Arabella walked in. To her luck, Robb was alone, looking at the map of Westeros. "Close the door and wait for me next to my chamber." she ordered Stolle who nodded and closed the door.
"You were right." Robb spoke with his back to her. "All Karstark men left the army."
She walked over to him and hugged him from behind kissing his neck. "I did a mistake." Robb turned to face her and now his hands were on her waist. "How do I deserve a woman like you?"
She stroked his hair from his face and pulled him into a hug. He hugged her strongly and they stood there for a while.
Arabella didn't want to pull away but she knew she had. Robb and her turned to the map.
"Tywin Lannister doesn't even need to fight with us anymore and he knows it. He is just waiting for us to destroy each other." Robb said into her ear, standing behind her, his body around hers. She looked up at him to see him looking at her.She smiled and looked down at the statues of the armies. "This seems complicated." she sighed.
"It is." Robb agreed.
"It's good that I know things." she smirked at him.
