The Legend

Once in 1408 there was town called Camelot. It had 1400 people, everyone from Butchers and Bakers even a Candlestick Maker. The villagers lived in harmony with the land, until one day a Dark Figure appeared he stood in the Center Square and announced that until a child with the power to restore ultimate harmony arrived the village would be doomed to die.

It wasn't a lie, over the course of a year the news was bleak as one day the Candlestick Maker, his Apprentice and their families died and with no one to make candles Camelot went dark...

Soon only one woman remained, her name was Cassandra. She left the derelict Camelot to find the Dark Figure, tired and weak she collapsed on a path. When she awoke she was in a cave, the Dark Figure sat beside her.

"Be still" said The Figure

"Please spare me from your curse" she begged

"Oh- fear not for you shall bear the child I have foreseen" said The Figure

"I can't have children, my husband beat me so bad that I became infertile" said Cassandra

The Dark Figure removed his hood and Cassandra stared into the face of a man with amazingly blue eyes and a face full of beauty.

"Cassandra if you stay with me I can restore your broken body" said The Man

"Yes...Please I've no one- but there is a condition- you...must t-tell me your name" she answered

"Sly" He answered

As time passed Sly and Cassandra feel totally in love and on a fall day in 1412 she told him she was pregnant.

Sly was thrilled, they had a party and on September 14th 1413 a boy was born. Sly and Cassandra named him Marshall when he turned 4 they started teaching him about everything but Sly was teaching him about magic.

One day in 1431 Marshall feel ill with a deadly virus that threatened everything. So one day when Cassandra went trading Sly invited a man named Dominic to purge Marshall of the disease.

"Sly are you sure this is what you want?" asked Dominic

"Yes" hissed Sly

Dominic nodded and bent at Marshall's feet as Sly held his legs and arms he uttered.

"Goodbye son"

Dominic bent over Marshall's ankles and as the vampiric venom pushed into Marshall he seized and his eyes flew wide open and filled with vivid gold then suddenly he stopped, Dominic placed two fingers on Marshall's throat as he licked his lips.

"Rest in peace Marshall" said Sly

At that very moment Cassandra came in and upon seeing Marshall's lifeless body she rushed forward. Marshall's eyes flew open and with superhuman strength and agility he grabbed Cassandra and thrust her against the wall hissing.

"Marshall!" commanded Dominic

"Golden eyes gets the sword" said Sly

"A shiver ran up Marshall's back and he collapsed to the floor like a puppet

"When he awakes from this slumber the world will be very different place" said Dominic

Little did any of them realize that every ones life would be changed forever.
