The Betrayal

Marshall felt strange, the entire word had been blazed in bright light. He felt a heat on the back of his neck.

“Arshall, Mar...shall” a voice beckoned

“Huh?” said Marshall

“Slowly child you are weak” said Madame Xu

“Looking around Marshall didn't recognize. Instead of two rows of six beds their was one – his.

The walls had pictures of people and velvet wallpaper.

“Where am I?” he asked

“The hospital at VU” said a voice

“Sawyer?”

A heavy sigh jolted Marshall back to the stone room with two rows of six beds.

“Sorry but we figured you could use a change in scenery” said Sawyer

Surrounding Marshall was every person who cared all except for one:

“Miracle...where is she?” he asked

Everyone cast their eyes at each other.

“Well?” he asked

“She's...She's the” Regina stopped short

“How long was I asleep?”

“She did this to you” said Rinejack

The others turned to him as if to say thank you. Marshall's mind seemed to flashback to the moment he and Miracle entered the car lot. He watched as Miracle uttered the words:

“What are you doing here” every word oozed with disdain.

In her hand a fireball ignited as Excalibur said:

“Come Marshall tis not safe with her”

Miracle brought her hand up sending the fireball into the back of his head.

“Oh!” he gasp

“So you saw it then?” asked Sawyer

He nodded and drew his feet to his chest, burying his face in his knees he weeped.

“Come everyone let's give him sometime” said Penelope

“I'm sorry Master” said Miracle

“My student it's not your fault” cooed Sir

After blindsiding Marshall she ran to the Underground a place where Hunters dwell. Their Leader is a hybrid wolf cursed for his greed of the throne of Arthur he was reduced to a furry, he wears a cloak to hide his appearance.

Miracle was begging for mercy, she had now failed twice, once more and she was done.

“Fear not you are safe” said an all to familiar voice

Miracle spun around, but there was no one there. Sir stood before her his hand on her shoulders.

“Master I won't fail again” she said

“You haven't yet” came the voice again

“Show yourself Marshall RIGHT NOW!” she ordered

Suddenly he was there in front of Sir and Miracle. Miracle stood next to Master.

“Your Majesty” Sir cooed bowing slightly
